May 7, 2014- Executive Meeting
President Pierre Khoury called the meeting to order on April 2 , 2014 7:15pm

Motion to approve the minutes Pierre Khoury and seconded by Pat Cercone. Approved unanimously
Executive meeting June 4, 2014 6:30 kickoff at Graham Park (soccer location , executive
meeting will follow at concession stand
General meeting May 21, 2014 Cranberry Township room 2/3 7:00p.m.
President’s Report – Pierre Khoury

Concussion training program went very well. Next will be Ipad testing - hope to have in
summer

Lacrosse report - meeting with them on Monday

G19 President meeting - USA Football presented, we are the first league that voted for
G19 to join USA Football as a league. Head coach and all assistant coaches to be
certified.

Zero tolerance behavior for all fields. Targeting was also discussed - HUDLE was
discussed and we are trying to get all teams on board.

Marketing Plan - Matt Curran

North Catholic has submitted a rate , Township has counter offered.

Seek a Capitol project for the next 5 years - indoor facility at Graham - will meet with
Cranberry Township

Between August 4th - 10th Dicks Football @ Graham Park.

Marketing agreement to other sporting events - to reciprocate

Jerseys we have 2 companies that will mimic the ones we have , we have prices . There
will be an option to purchase your “own” jersey with your name on it. Age plus years
in the association will give you priority for your number . Samples ordered
