Project involved developing a Human Resource data warehouse for Canadian
Imperial Bank to analyze their Compensation, paycalc information. It helped to better
analyze the market demand for their workforce in comparison to their competitors. This
project involved extracting data from heterogeneous data sources like Oracle and Flat
files, transforming the data and then loading the data into the target Data Mart for
Warehouse operations and then creating reports and dashboards.
