EXPERIENCE:
Presently working as an Executive Engineer in AVIONICS, ELECTRICAL AND
INSTRUMENT DEPARTMENT at TANEJA AEROSPACE AND AVIATION
LIMITED, HOSUR from 1st September 2008 to at present. Associated with the Aircraft
Manufacturing Complex, Electrical Avionics system installation and maintenance on
P68C / THORP T-211 Aircraft. Avionics system up-gradation Modification Works on
Indian Navy Helicopters/Aircrafts & Air force.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Pre/Post installation checks on Aircraft.
 Preparation of Electrical Interconnection drawing and assist to Mechanical
drawing.
 Preparation of Modification Leaflet, Ground Test, Flight Test Schedule, etc. for
obtaining RCMA/CEMILAC clearances.
 Preparation of Cable Harness and installation on on-board Aircraft.
 Continuity, Megger and Power checks on on-board Aircraft.
 Various System functional checks on ground and on-board Aircraft.
 Periodical Calibration/Bench Check of Avionics Systems and Calibration of
Aircraft Ground Equipment.
EXPERIENCE IN AVIONICS & AEROSPACE PROJECTS:
P68C/Thorp T-211 Light Aircraft:
Worked in the manufacturing assembly, electrical and avionics looms
preparation, routing of looms on the aircraft, installation of electrical system
components, continuity, Megger and functional checks of electrical system.
Radio functional check, Main instrument panel assembly, Pitot-Static system
check, Flight Snag Rectification and Periodical Inspection.
Cessna Citation CJ2+:
Carrying out ELT functional checks, Pitot-Static system check and Radio
functional checks, with the help of Air Data test system (ADTS 405), IFR 4000 and IFR
6000.
INVOLVED AND LEAD THE TEAM IN DIFFERENT TYPE OF MODIFICATION IN DEFENCE

Weather Radar RDR2100:Involved in Interface & Electrical Drawings, Documentation preparation for
Weather Radar RDR2100 System. System Check on Test Bench, Cable Loom preparation
and installed on Aircraft. Ground Power Check & System Check on board Aircraft.
Involved in Snag rectification.
Weather Radar RDR1400C:Involved in Interface & Electrical Drawings, Documentation preparation for
Weather Radar 1400C System. Cable Loom preparation and installed on Helicopter.

Pressure gauge, etc.
 Battery charging and capacity check of lead acid batteries (GILL G 245, GILL G
25S & GILL G 253) fitted on P68C/THORP T-211.
