Hub and Spoke Support Charges for Private Clients
For Rosebery tenants at Tomlin Court, Norman Colyer Court, John Gale Court and the designated
properties, who are not receiving Supporting People funding, we have devised a menu of support
services to suit an individual’s personal needs and choices.
Gold








Access the 24 hour on call service to Mole Valley Telecare
Access Cherchefelle out of hours on call service
Support to refer housing issues to Rosebery Housing Association
A morning call up from Monday and Friday unless a bank holiday
Staff availability between office hours
Supporting the client to report maintenance issues or maintaining
personal safety or wellbeing
Signpost clients to additional services or referring to specialist agencies
1 – 2 hours of personal housing related support every week
Cost:
£15.00 per week
Silver
 Access the 24 hour on call service to Mole Valley Telecare

 A morning call up from Monday and Friday unless a Bank Holiday
 Staff availability during office hours
 Supporting the client to report maintenance issues, maintaining
personal safety or wellbeing

Cost:
£7.50 per week
Bronze
This is the minimum level of service which all residents will benefit
from and must pay for as included in the terms of the tenancy
agreement.



