Why choose Tunstall training?
Tunstall’s training courses have been designed to help you acquire relevant skills and
knowledge quickly and professionally. On return to the workplace you will be able to apply these
new skills and techniques to your role straight away, enabling your organisation to benefit from
your knowledge with immediate effect.
Professional Trainers
Training is delivered by a team of professional trainers who are all internally accredited
following successful completion of Tunstall’s robust training and assessment programme.
Trainers undergo a structured on-going programme of development, including the award
winning Training Foundation TAP programme, which is widely used by the NHS, and CIPD
training delivery qualifications, the leading professional body for HR and people
development. The quality of Tunstall’s training is continuously monitored and subject to
rigorous review to ensure it continues to meet our high standards.
Assessment and On-going Support
All Tunstall courses are assessed at the end of the training, to ensure there has been an
effective transfer of learning, and a certificate of competence is issued upon successful
assessment. Delegates are also encouraged to use e-learning websites to refresh and
develop their knowledge post-training, and Tunstall trainers and Help Desk are available to
provide ongoing support.
Evaluation
Evaluation is a key part of all training. The Tunstall training team uses best practice
Kirkpatrick methodology to ensure robust evaluation. Delegates complete reaction
questionnaires at the end of each training session and their learning is assessed.
Delegates are also asked to complete an e-survey post-training to comment on their
experience and how they have applied their learning. These anonymised results are then
analysed and returned to the customer.
4
Our Aim
Common to all our training and development is our emphasis on practical learning, interactivity,
enjoyment and quality.
Course content is available based on your Telehealth learning needs assessment.
