The quality of Tunstall’s training is continuously monitored and subject to rigorous review to ensure it continues to meet our high standards. Assessment and On-going Support All Tunstall courses are assessed at the end of the training, to ensure there has been an effective transfer of learning, and a certificate of competence is issued upon successful assessment. Delegates are also encouraged to use e-learning websites to refresh and develop their knowledge post-training, and Tunstall trainers and Help Desk are available to provide ongoing support. Evaluation Evaluation is a key part of all training. The Tunstall training team uses best practice Kirkpatrick methodology to ensure robust evaluation. Delegates complete reaction questionnaires at the end of each training session and their learning is assessed. Delegates are also asked to complete an e-survey post-training to comment on their experience and how they have applied their learning. These anonymised results are then analysed and returned to the customer. 4 Our Aim Common to all our training and development is our emphasis on practical learning, interactivity, enjoyment and quality.
