Mrs. Heidi Lloce-Mendoza has absolutely placed her life, her family and career at great risk!
We salute her fearlessness and conviction that the truth must prevail! We are immensely proud that
Mrs. Heidi Lloce-Mendoza lives Christian and Vincentian values, having been trained and educated
in a Catholic educational institution.
Mrs. Heidi Lloce-Mendoza obtained her degree of Bachelor of Science in Commerce, major in
Accounting (class 1983) from Sacred Heart College, Lucena City – a dean’s lister. In the school
yearbook ’83 she shared this quotation: “Anyone who offers himself in service endures the pain of
giving oneself.” This is now unquestionably manifested in her courageous exposé on corruption in
the military with grave consequences on her life.

Like a true CORDIAN (name given to a student and graduate of SHC-Lucena), Heidi L. Mendoza

lifted up her heart, her gifts and her whole self in the service of her country like a true Cordian
worthy of the name.
Following in the footsteps of St. Vincent de Paul, St. Louise de Marillac, Vincentian Martyrs who
died in defense of truth, honesty, justice and accountability, and of Hermana Fausta Labrador,
(founder of her alma mater and the local government-declared INA NG LUCENA), MRS. HEIDI
LLOCE-MENDOZA ADVANCES THE NATION’S MARCH ON THE PATH OF
PAGDADALISAY, WHERE PURIFICATION EXTRACTS THE NOBLE SACRIFICE FROM
FILIPINOS WHO TRULY WANT TO SERVE.
