Course Prerequisites: Marketing

Course objectives
The aim of the course is to provide students with the understanding of the following issues:



Traditional and contemporary frameworks of global retailing;
Ways for an international retailing company to plan for and adapt to a complex, changing
environment;
Principles of strategic retail management, which the international retailing companies
should implement in building their retail strategy on the global market.
