ADVANTAGES OF IIPM’s PMP COURSE
1. Recognition: IIPM is recognized by PMI, USA as an Authorised/ Registered Education
Provider. A clear advantage from non-REPs with respect to course coverage,

2. Duration: Just only two weekends (ie. 4 Days) – This means, the participants have no
necessity to take off from their duty. This has been very much appreciated and

Saturdays and Sundays from 9am to 7pm. In addition, IIPM’s course a full
35-hour PMP Course, which means you do not have to take any other course
to fulfill the minimum 35 hours mandatory education prescribed by PMI, USA.
3. PMP Practice CD: Included. This CD has nearly 3000 Multiple-choice questions with
Study mode and simulated Exam mode to alleviate the exam fear / tension and
has been reported to immensely increase the rate of success. Users can take as
many mock tests as needed using our CD to reinforce knowledge and increase
confidence level.
4. PM Knowledge Gap Analysis: At the outset, the participants are assessed, as part of
the course, for the GAPs in Current knowledge level using IIPM’s Maturity
assessment software. The Gap Analysis using IIPM’s software aims to find the
gaps in current Project Management maturity levels of the participants with
respect to International Standards and PMBOK of PMI, USA.
5. Library: IIPM has a rich Library containing of more than 250 books on PM from
International Publishers like McGraw-Hill, PMI book store, Prentice Hall,
etc., which helps greatly the participants to prepare for the situational
questions. The Library also helps the candidates to take up research projects in

9. Mock Test: As a part of the course, a SIMULATED FREE MOCK TEST is included which
immediately puts the participants to test their skills learnt in the course and
increases the confidence level of the participants.
10. Case Study:
CASE STUDY applying the skills learned to a sample IT / Construction /
Manufacturing project - Conducted at the end of the course - which has boosted
the confidence of the participants to apply the learned concepts to practical use.
From the group of participants, 2 volunteers will act as Project Managers and will
manage the project Live. The Faculty will moderate and act as the Owner of the
project. Other participants will act as other Key Stakeholders.
