Group Application for participants of Summer Camp 2012
Memo “(1) in AYP/2012 - Gold Level Subject - Residential Project Section” refer,
various group applications had been granted by AYP HQ this year through participating
HKACC’s activities, including IACE, ACLC, HMRS. Moreover, HKAYP Flt received
members’ enquires about how to set off their journey in this Section for participating
Summer Camp 2012. Hereunder are some tips:
Activity Plan Forms
The aims of Residential Project Section are to help young people gaining the
experiences of interpersonal skills as well as to develop the sense of responsibility
through joining the residential project. Therefore its no need to emphasize too more on
what "hard skill" will learn BUT the participants are encouraged to elaborate more about
the role or self expectation for helping them to get the ideas and position themselves.
In order to strengthen the participants’ understanding to the purposes and
objectives set for the Residential Project Section, members please use the Activity Plan
Forms (Group) as attached for application. Minimum age requirement for Gold Level
journey is 16 or above.
Submission Deadline
To facilitate the review and approval process, please submit your plans together
with a passport size digital photo on or before 10 July 2012 to acc.ayp@gmail.com.
We’ll consolidate the plans for participants of Summer Camp 2012 for who wish to apply
as Residential Project Section and submit the application as whole.
