GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. The deadline for the championship: 20.08 - 23.08.2015
2. Place the championship: training facilities Commando Military Unit:

5. Participants:
- In the championship teams of five people involved, including adult team captain. - Age of
participants championship 16 - 21 years (the year of birth).
- The championship can not participate professional duty soldiers and reserve soldiers.
- The team captain is responsible for the knowledge of the members of the band: the
program and the Rules of the championship, rules, safety conditions during the
championships
- The organizer will provide free accommodation and meals only for the persons mentioned
in the application for the championship.
- Failure to follow the dress code laid down in the Rules may result in disqualification of the
team or player.
- Each player is required to have: current accident insurance, medical certificate of no
impediment to participate in the competitions - defense and:
a) minors - student card and written parental consent to participate in the competitions defense;
b) a person of full age - a valid photo ID;
- Players who do not meet the above conditions will not be allowed to participate in the
championship.
- The organizer of the championship is not responsible for the consequences of accidents

during the championships.
6. Equipment riders:
A. Uniforms and equipment
Attire: military fatigues or training uniformed services;
Shoes (military type, traperskiego, scout, etc.) Full on the sole studded lace-up above the
ankle;
Swimsuit;
Sleeping bag.
B. Required documentation
The current accident insurance;
A medical certificate the absence of contraindications for participation in sports
competitions defense (cards are accepted BOXERS with current medical examination).

Note: If you have no in / dim. Documents will not be allowed to participate in the
championship
7. Arrangements organization:
a. The application must be submitted by 30 June 2015. Organizing Committee at the
address: Military Meta Runner's Club 42 -700 Lubliniec, ul. Sobieski 35 or by e-mail:
kontakt@wkbmeta.pl or until availability
b. On the other hand confirmation of the notification, containing the names of all
participants and caregivers must be made by July 20, 2015.
c. In the championship can participate no more than 25 teams of male and female together.
The qualification to participate come first served. Application sheets are available on the
website of the Association: www.wkbmeta.pl/mso
d. Arrival of teams takes place at the expense of their own institutions managing individual
representations.
e. The Organizing Committee provides free accommodation and meals - only for the
persons mentioned in the application for the championship.
f. The draw starting numbers of teams will take place on August 1

A detailed program of the championship containing the schedule, venue for the individual
competitions and official ceremonies as well as other projects associated will be presented
during the technical briefing on 20.08.2015 r.
B. The Organizing Committee is not responsible for the consequences of accidents during
the competition, go and travel and residence in the area of accommodation.
COURSE CHAMPIONSHIPS
Championships will be held over two days on 21 and 22 August.
The teams will compete in the following disciplines:
The first day of competition

DESCRIPTION OF COMPETITION
And the day
I CONQUERED OBSTACLE COURSE FITNESS CENTRE (OSF)
Players overcome the obstacle course team.
The time is counted from the start of the first competitor until you pass the finish line by the
last competitor of the team.
If the obstacle has been passed or is defeated in a manner inconsistent with the description
below - a player who has done wrong job or left the obstacle must be overcome again.
OSF beating contestants perform the following steps:
1. The first player jumps to the starting position. At a signal from the referee, "Ready"
burying its head below the edge of the concrete circle. At the command judge alone pops

II. ALTITUDE TEST
It consists of two competitors.

Scoring:
Team: Each team that completes competition in the set receives 0 pts., For every player

III. SHOOTING WITH LASER WEAPONS

After arriving at the video-shooting team is set in a place designated by the director of
shooting. All subsequent process steps are ONLY for command manager shooting.

TERMS OF SHOOTING:

IV. SHOOTING THE GUN GLOCK

TERMS OF SHOOTING:

NUMBER rounds: 3 pcs. Trials and 5 pieces. Evaluated;
ATTITUDE: standing
Scoring:
Team: the sum of penalty points team players
Individual: the player receives 50 points. criminal penalties for 0 points in the disc; 49 pts.

V. Granata THROW DISTANCE
The player makes two throws from a distance. Sector penalty is limited and marked. Just

VI. Cross Country

VII. RELAY SWIMMING 5 x 50 m

DESCRIPTION OF COMPETITION
Second day
Marszobieg map (optional follow a prescribed route)
At the start of the military team receives map 1:25 000 with marked at the checkpoints (CP)
and a torch. The competition consists of defeat by a team of route approx. 17 km in the
shortest possible time and the order stated. The route will be slow-run situated in a forest
Lubliniec Forestry Commission - Forestry Kokotek. The route is located 9 PK. Overcoming
these points requires proper implementation of tasks agility - by the technical team. Interval
starter, every 5 minutes (electronic time measurement).
Start by order of classifications as a team in the race for 3 km

route. Each of the captains have a registration card, which judges on individual PK confirm

I. an obstacle WATER
Overcoming obstacles by a team of water by any means. At the point to be used will be
located LJ pontoon boat.
For every player that does not overcome the obstacles the team receives 10 penalty
minutes.
II. SHOOTING With ASG
Players on the point of receiving rifles loaded (after 3 rounds). Shooting takes place up to 5
balloons from a distance of approx. 10 m. The team's task is to shoot down all purposes.
For each not hit the balloon team gets 10 minutes penalty.
III. CROSSING THE LINES
Players on the point of defeat through the water using ropes. The way to overcome is free.
For every player who falls or does not overcome the obstacles the team receives 10
penalty minutes.
IV. To push CAR
Players on the point of aim to push the Honker type car over a distance of approx. 100 m.
One of the players acts as a driver. For not forcing a team receives 30 minutes. penalty.
V. THE STRUGGLE FOR FIRE
Team at the start of slow-run receives torch. At the point should be to bring the distance of

VI. EVACUATION wounded

team receives 1 hr. penalty.
VII. THROW grenade into PURPOSE

VIII. NATURAL TOR TACTICAL

IX. MOVING TRAY ZT-100

The slow-run time is stopped after running through the finish of the last competitor of the
team.

Scoring slow-run:
Team: 1st place - 0 point, another team get a point penalty for every started minute loss
Individual: is not carried out, but completion is required to classify the first day of
competition
GENERAL CLASSIFICATION
1. The jury shall be responsible for the proper conduct of the individual competition played
during the championships and fair assessment of the results.
2. The final team score in the general classification is considered to be the sum of points
obtained by a team or a player for busy place in all competitions championship.
3. a) the winner is the team with the fewest penalty points. In the case of gaining the same
number of points in the total score (for all disciplines) the order of the places determined a
better place in slow-run.
b) The winner is the player with the fewest penalty points. In the case of gaining the same
number of points in the total score (for all disciplines) the order of the places determined by
his team better place in slow-run. Completion of slow-run is necessary to classified
competitor
FINAL PROVISIONS
1. The composition of the band after recording - of hours. 21.00 on 08.20.2015 r. Must
remain unchanged until the end of the championship.
2. In the event of unfavorable weather conditions during competition in Physical Fitness
Center (OSF), will be carried out by some of its elements.
3. Start each event takes place after the arrival of the last competitor punk band.
4. The Organizing Committee will honor the participants of the championship following
awards:
a. Places on the podium in the overall male and female teams
trophies
prizes for team members
b. Places on the podium in the individual male and female
trophies
prizes
c. Each player participating in the competition will receive
medal, a diploma, a T-shirt and small gifts
d. Each team participating in the competition will receive a commemorative trophy
5. On arrival will be announced organizational message that contains min. current
championship program and information about their organization and personal compositions
competing teams.
6. When undertaking in the office of the competition, each competitor will receive a starter
package with a roll-call number.

7. In cases of dispute submitting a written protest by the master. This protest should be
delivered to the Chairman of the Appeals Committee within 30 minutes. the announcement
of the results of the competition at issue. The condition for consideration of the protest is to
pay a deposit in the amount of 300 zł in the Secretariat of the Championships. This sum will
be refunded upon successful application by the Commission of Appeal.
8. The team or player is subject (decision of the Jury) disqualification if:
a. Do not complying with this championship Regulations
b. Do not surrenders to the instructions or orders of the judge.
c. Do not shoot comply with the instructions or safety rules.
d. Do not complying with dress code - specified in the Regulations of the Championship.
e. Consumption of alcohol by participants during the competition disqualify the entire team
9. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to change these regulations. The final
amendments must be published no later than the start of the technical meeting on
08.20.2015 r.
10. Each organization has the right to delegate one team of male and female (mixed team
is ranked men's teams).
