5．Who can participate：
*JBSD Corporate/Individual members, Japanese School students, JSD Women’s Club members,
Tennis Clinic coaches, and their families
6．Others：
(1)Game format：６ games １ set match (There will be a consolation tournament for first round losers)
(2)Please make sure to indicate your phone number (which can be reached at any time) on the registration form.
We will inform you by phone immediately upon receipt of your registration form, if the maximum numbers of
participants are filled and you cannot enter.
(3)You cannot participate without a pre-registration.
(4)USTA Rating of a pair (total) cannot exceed following ratings:
Men’s / Women’s pair: 9 (total of a pair), Mixed pair: 8.5 (total of a pair)
(5)You can participate by person and we will make the pair. If you have an USTA Rating, please indicate it in the
registration form.
(6)We will have an award ceremony and party after the game (around 6:15pm). Fee for the party is included,
however, there will be a fee ($10 for adults, $5 for children 5 to 11) for party-only participants.
