Student Leadership Team Profile West Virginia Wesleyan College – Peer Leadership Council (PLC) Members - 1 Elected Class Rep from each class (4 total) - 2 Congress Reps (elected in the spring of their freshman year, serve their full sophomore year) - 2 Senior Interns - Bonner Coordinator & Bonner Director sit in on meetings (and have voting rights) *1 member (any member) serves as a secretary, elected by PLC Meeting Schedule - 1 hour once a week - all members expected to have “office hours” (2-5 per week) PLC Committees All members are required to serve on their choice of up to two of the following committee: Bonner Love Committee: Bonner bonding, event planning, Bonner recognition Administrative Support Committee: general office work Communications Committee: weekly e-mails, outreach, public relations Judicial Committee: review cases on unmet hour logs, CLA issues, late paperwork, lack of attendance, etc. Tasks - represents peers - reviews Bonner applications and prepares Bonner preview day (for prospective Bonners) - suggests and votes on revised Bonner policies All of these duties count toward Bonner hours.
