Welcome, welcome, welcome to our Plexus Family!! I’m so excited that
you have decided to join our team and start your personal journey with
Plexus! Over the course of growing my team I’ve learned the most
important part of this walk is the most basic..educate, educate, educate!
Whether you have joined my team to grow your own team/business or to
take advantage of buying the amazing Plexus products at wholesale..the
more I can educate you, the better your outcomes! So let’s get started!
First, let me introduce myself: I’m Stacey Stark! An amazing wife,
mother of 2 perfect boys and a perfectionist Type A personality.
BAHAHA!! Seriously..yes, I am a wife but of an amazing husband! I
have 2 adorable booger eating boys who have entirely too much energy
and schmoozing skills! I’m the furthest thing from a Type A you can
find…more “it is what it is” attitude. I’ve worked as an Emergency Room
RN for the past 13 years and love every minute of my job! BUT, as my
children have gotten older I realized my passion for helping others doesn’t
stop in the ER. My opportunity to join Plexus started as an opportunity
to better my health (and lose my muffin top..or can of busted biscuits I
had rolling over my pants!). As I started my journey and began to lose
the weight and inches, people began taking note and asking questions
and wanted to try it with me! I never set out to sell any product, I refuse
to hold parties and do shows at my pig-sty and I’m entirely too honest to
sell anything…but, Plexus works and if you educate yourself about the
products and take your product daily, you become a natural product of
the product and it sells itself! Best of luck to each and every one of you

After you have dotted your I’s and crossed your T’s and became an
official ambassador..the fun begins! Now, I know you may not have
understood every step in signing up so let’s review what you should have
done:
1. Sign up as a Plexus Ambassdor!
o
2. Order a Welcome Pack!
o
3. Chose an auto-qualification order!
o
4. Check your email for ID#/website info
o
5. Put your upline as on speed dial/favorites list!
o
6. Order business cards/start facebook fan page/review your
website!
o
7. Sit back and smile..relax...enjoy your family..God’s got
this!
o
Let’s Review:
The Welcome Pack
Although it is not required to order a welcome pack…why would you
not??? You will never find a deal quite like this from the company! Once
you sign up as an ambassador, the company allows you two months to
place an order for the welcome pack! THIS IS A ONE TIME OFFER!!
What is Auto-Qualification?
Well..it’s a fancy shmancy word for “back-up” order. So, basically you
chose what you want the company to send you if you don’t sell $100
worth of product volume (PV)each month! BUT, if you do sell over your
$100PV each month, than your auto-qualification order turns off
automatically(they don’t send it!) and you keep on keeping on!
NOW..here’s the deal: If you want to make money than you MUST have
an auto-qualification in place! If you want to forfeit your commission
and/or bonuses than call and have it turned off…why would you do that
though? I don’t want your money…I want you to have your money!
So..let’s say it’s coming up on the 25th of the month(that’s the day autoquals ship!) and you have $80pv in your account! Have you reached
your 100PV? NO…you have three options: 1) Do nothing and let them
ship out your auto-qual order you have in place! 2) Get to your website
and order a 10 pack of 3 day trials to for $89.95, then turn around and
sell each of them for $12 a piece and make you some $$ (plus the $89.95
is 80PV..so 80pv + 80PV = 160PV and now you’ve reached your 100pv!)
3) Call corporate and have them turn off your auto-qual..but then you
don’t receive any commission on sales and heaven forbid someone calls
you and wants to sign up as an ambassador..all the $ you could have
made will go to your upline! So..key point: CHOSE AN AUTO-QUAL
ORDER!!
Personal Volume (PV)
Personal Volume is a key component of your business!! PV is a value
that has been established by Plexus Worldwide to qualify you each month
for commission that you will receive! 100PV is the Golden Ticket in
Plexus…once you have reached your 100PV than you make commission
on everything over that!! It’s kinda like a promise to Plexus that you are
doing your part…you send your first 100pv to corporate for their needs
and then you make money on everything above that!! NOW..another
secret…if you sell a 30 day supply of Plexus Slim/Accelerator from your
website, the total cost is $114..but the PV is 105! So know that it is not a
$ for $ deal and review the Price list I’m including in the coming pages!!
Your Personal Website
Now that you are an ambassador make sure you check your email!
Plexus will send you an email with a link to your own personal replicated
website!! Now, there are actually 2 different addresses but each leads you
to the same page so it doesn’t matter which you give to people! Mine are as
follows:

NOW…which do you think I use..hello!! Make this as easy as possible for
people wanting to find you and order products! Memorize your website
address, link it to your facebook page, tweet it, pin it…just get the word
out!!
Backoffice
Your backoffice is basically your on-line office for your Plexus business.
This is on the tool bar on my computer and my ID/password is saved! I
check this at least daily…sometime hourly, if it’s a compulsive type day
or if I’m on the edge of a goal!! This is where you can check how much PV
you have or your downline has. You can see who ordered, when they
ordered and when it was shipped! There are amazing resources to review
including recordings of conference calls, testimonials, product info and
videos! You can find the pdf. File artwork for business
cards/banners..heck, you can order them!! So, make your backoffice
easily accessible and start including it in your morning routine…mine
kinda rolls as follows: coffee, facebook personal page, facebook fan page,
more coffee, backoffice, second pot of coffee, email..well, you get my drift!
I’ve put detailed instructions towards the back of this booklet for you to
have on hand to assist you in walking through your backoffice! If you
ever get stuck or need assistance call your upline or message/call me so
we can walk you through it!!
Part II: My feet are in the water…now what??
So..here you are..you have everything in place for your journey! You
know how the auto-qual works, you kinda sorta got the jist of the product
volume thing and you have navigated through the backoffice a few times
(or at least until it’s clear as mud!)….and your phone dings you have a
facebook message! Excitement runs hot in your veins!! It’s from a coworker and reads :”Hey Stacey…I saw you posted a thing about getting
skinny with Plexus or something..what is it?” NOW WHAT DO YOU
DO? How do you explain it like that amazing Emerald Ambassador did
at that meeting last week? This is where I give you a secret **I have a
Word document saved on my computer that has my answers to the most
common questions you will be asked..and trust me..copy and paste is my
best friend! Why? Because I may have 10 different people wanting
answers to 4 different questions and I get excited!! What happens to me
when I get excited about something? I totally 100% will verbally vomit
any and all information, testimony, personal experience and passion for
the product onto you…and that’s a lot to take in! So..have your answers
bolted to your memory…ask and answer basic questions out loud until
you are sure that you are sure that you understand the answer so others
will as well!! Also, at the back of the booklet..I gave you a copy of MY
answers..but they are mine..they have my quirky sense of humor..my
wording…my voice behind them! So don’t copy and paste MY
answers…use them as a guideline to make your own!! Once you
message someone back or verbally give someone the answer to their
question..let them be. Don’t give more info or try to encourage them to
buy..just answer their question and then throw the ball in their court and
feel them out. “So, what made you want to inquire about the Plexus?”
Most people will use this as an opportunity to invite you into their
thoughts and needs. “Well, I’ve gained about 20 pounds since I had my
last kid and I can’t seem to stop eating!!” Look at that answer…think of
how you could answer it and relate it back to what Plexus can do for her.
“Girl…I started Plexus last week and have already (insert what you’ve
noticed) dropped 2 pounds and don’t have any desire to snack and sneak
sweets!” Giving others inside to your personal experience will allow for a
relationship to develop..and relationships are what build lasting
businesses! Now, let’s say she decides to give it a try and orders a 30day
supply..now what should you do? Personally I have my email linked to
my phone, so every time someone orders product my email dings…after
reading it I start going through my routine which is as follows:
1) Copy/paste and save the customers email address to my contacts,
then go ahead and send them the Welcome/Thank You letter (Calm
down..it’s at the back of the booklet!)
2) Go to my alarm settings and count 3 days out and set an alarm
with the title “30d s/a Sue Smith” Then when this goes off in 3
days I will send Sue a message or call her and let her know she
should be getting her product any day now and if she has any
questions to call or text me! I also remind her to check her email for
further instructions on use of the product!
3) Now..since Sue ordered a 30 day supply I will go ahead and set an
alarm for 12 days out “need update Sue Smith 30d” I change it
depending on which product she orders..3 day trial ordered/set
alarm for 3 days..etc.
PLEASE understand that this is my routine…MINE! The key point is
to make yourself available and to ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS
Follow up with your customers! Find whatever works for you and
work it boys and girls!!
My Team Is Growing…How do I get paid?
Ahhh…the compensation plan! Let me just hit the basics of payment:
1) Retail Commissions
a. You get paid commission on anything you buy or someone
else buys depending on the amount of PV sold at the end of
the month. If you have between 100pv-499pv then you will
earn 15% back on all sales over 100pv. If you have over
500pv, then you will earn 25% back on all sales over 100pv.
NOTE the “over 100pv”..remember this is the key! So if you
look in your back office and see that your PV is $378…you
will get paid 15% of $278 (because you must subtract your
100pv that the company gets). If your PV shows $2,398
than you will make 25% of $2298…make sense?
2) Retail Sales
a. If you have the time, energy and want you can purchase
products at wholesale and then sale them face to face BUT
remember..If you do this you must sale the product AT
RETAIL PRICE and NO LESS! This is an ethical
compliance issue if you chose not to and other area
ambassadors (after they stalk you and envision you getting
fat) can and will turn you in. We all must work together as
a family and you never want to undercut another family
member! So, stick to the retail prices!
3) Retail Over-Ride Commission 5%
a. Any ambassador you sign up is your level 1 and you will
make 5% on everything they sale over 100pv each month!
(And you can have as many level 1’s as you want!)
4) Business Builder’s Bonus:
When someone buys a welcome pack it is its own deal, has its
own bonus payout and you don’t make commission nor is it included
in your PV~so remember to subtract it if you are calculating your PV
and it’s your first month!! Now say I signed you up and then you
signed Joe up. Well Joe bought a $199 welcome pack! (yay Joe!!) ½ of
the $200 goes back to corporate and then we get to split the other
$100!!! It goes as follows:
50% to First Upline (you)
25% to Second Upline (me)
15% to Third Upline (whoever signed me up)
10% to Fourth Upline (whoever signed my upline up!)
See how awesome that is!! Want me to let you in on a little secret…WE
GET THIS BONUS PAID OUT THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY OF THE
WEEK THEY ORDER!!! So every Friday we will get a check for the
Welcome Pack of anyone that signed up last week! If you have a big
team..you may not even know the person that signed up, but they just got
you some cash!! SaWeet!!
5) Profit Sharing/Plexus Points (7 levels)
a. Once a member on your team goes above their 100pv they
automatically give you a set # of pts. depending on what
part of your downline they are! So..I signed you up last
month, then today you sold 190PV..is it over 100pv? YES..so
since I signed you up you are my level 1 and each level 1 is
worth 5 points..so I just got 5 points! This happens to you for
each member of your team when they go over their 100pv
mark! At the end of the month every single dollar worth of
every single product goes into a “pool”..1/2 of it goes back to
corporate and the other half is split among ambassadors as
Plexus Point values. Last month the Plexus point was worth
$3.85 (company promises it will never be less than $1.90).
So last month my team gave me 135 points..how much did I
just make in profit sharing? That’s right $519.75!! Yay!
6) Preferred Customer Bonus
a. Each time someone signs up as a preferred customer you get
paid according to what they purchase! Say the purchase the
slim/accelerator as a preferred customer. What’s the perks?
YOU: Make $18 on them CUSTOMER: They purchase the
slim/accelerator for $99 (instead of $114) and it is
automatically shipped and debited from their card each
month! If they allow this for 3 months in a row, then on the
4th month their price goes down to $89.95…which is
WHOLESALE! If they ever want to turn it off all they have
to do is make 1 phone call to corporate and ask them to turn it
off..no questions..done deal!
7) Achievement Bonus (silver $100, Gold $250, Sr. Gold $350, Ruby $500, Sr. Ruby
$750)
You achievement bonus is based on how many points you.
Refer to the compensation plan for further!
8) Fast Start : if you achieve Gold or higher in the 1st 30 days than
your achievement bonus will be doubled!
Staying in Compliance with Laws
We are not governed by the government and because our product is a
“natural supplement” we are not regulated by the FDA, but there are
still laws in place to protect us from liability issues! There is a
facebook page called Plexus Compliance that is ran by our girl Reisha
from corporate! Post any questions you might have and she will be
happy to answer them…it may not be the answer you want to
hear…but it’s the answer to protect you! Here are a few of the main
ones:
Advertising
You are allowed to advertise on facebook, Craigslist, Newspapers,
but not on Amazon or Ebay. If you wanted to do local radio/television
advertising please email corporate compliance and have your ads
approved (this is a BIGGY)! In your advertisement you may put
anything that is listed on your website you purchased because this is
straight from corporate, but if you want to be a little creative there are
rules to follow and corporate requests to approve those ads before placed
(or post them on the compliance facebook page and Reisha will let ya
know!). You are not allowed to post prices! If someone posts the
question “how much is it?”, your answer should be “I just messaged
you!” and start a private message with that customer! You are not
allowed to say anything that implies Plexus will help an actual
diagnosis. Don’t say: “Do you have Diabetes, Fibromyalgia, etc.
Do say: “Do you have problems regulating your blood sugars? Do your
joints hurt?
The reason behind this is we do not want to imply that if you have
diabetes this will fix you…although anyone that has heard the
testimonies knows it helps!!
Also, if you own a retail shop you can not sell plexus from there.
If it is a by appointment only business you can sell face to face, but
can not have any advertising that is visible from the outside of your
place of business.
If you are wanting to make a facebook fan page..AWESOME!
BUT..you can’t use the words “Plexus Worldwide” or “Plexus Slim”!
Those are trademark infringements per compliance. Mine is Stacey’s
Poplar Bluff Plexus, so be creative..just stay in the lines!!
These are just a few of the main things you need to be aware of! Please
spend a bit of time in the Plexus Compliance facebook page..read through
the posts, ask questions!!
I hope I’ve covered everything you need to start spreading the word,
meeting new people and changing lives for the better!! Remember, the
information in this packet is simply MY advice..it’s not made of brick
and mortar..more of Clay! I love getting input, suggestions and new

Backoffice Instructions
Logging In: Go to your personal website, click on Ambassador log-in on the top right
corner. Input your ambassador ID # (if you don’t know it, message me), Input your
password you created when you initially signed up. Ta-Da!
Checking Orders Placed By You: Once in back office, click Reports, click Orders
Reports and it automatically brings up orders you placed personally. Notice SV, that’s
basically your PV, but just on your sales volume.
Checking Orders Placed By Customers: Once in back office, click Reports, click
Orders Reports, click on the drop-down arrow by My Orders-it will show drop down box,
change to Customer Orders, click Process Report. Ta-Da! To be noted..it will only show
10 orders at a time, so once you exceed that and want to look at earlier orders you will
need to click on drop-down box on page size at the bottom to increase it. I will say the
newest orders show at the top. I check this frequently to see who ordered what and when
it was posted/shipped to know when to expect it in, so I can follow up with people!
Check Your Up-line: Once in back office, click Reports, click Ambassador Genealogy,
Sponsor Upline, change Upline Level to 3, click process report.
Check Your Down-Line: Click Reports, click Ambassador Genealogy, Sponsor
Downline, change downline level to at least 4, click process report. I CHECK THIS
DAILY!!!
The next few instructions will be downline report only…so pull up your downline (if you
have more than 10, change page size at the bottom to see them all…
1st Column: Level: This is where they signed up at in your downline. So for example:
Stacey (0), Gail (1), Kristen (2), Lybby (3). Meaning I signed up Gail, Gail signed up
Kristen, Kristen signed up Lybby.
2nd Column: This is each Ambassador’s ID #
3rd Column: Names…HELLER…OBVIOUS!
4th Column: Pay Level- This is which level you will get paid for each downline.
5th Column: When they joined. This will help you know when they should be coming up
on milestones (fast start achievement deadlines, auto-qual deadlines, etc.)
6th Column: Points- This is how many points each ambassador has given you for the
Plexus Points Profit sharing we talked about. Note not everyone will have 5! The
deciding factor here is 2 things: 1) Which level they are…level 1-3 are 5 pts, level 4 is 4
pts, level 5 is 3 pts, level 6 is 3 pts, level 7 is 1 pt.
2) The points will not be given to you until that ambassador has a PV of 100. Then the
points will show up!
7th Column: CQ, commission qualified. Y will show up if they have their autoqualification in place. Blank if they do not! CHECK THIS!! Make sure your downline
show Y so they can receive their commission!
8th Column: Active; is either Y or blank. If it’s blank that means that person is inactive,
can be for many reasons. If this happens, let your upline know so they can start trouble
shooting!
9th Column: Rank; This will show where that person is on the advancement ranks…refer
back to the Compensation Sheet I gave you yesterday! This is how I know when you all
turn Silver, Gold, etc.
10th Column: Customer; This doesn’t mean actual customers, it means how many orders
are placed with that ambassador..either personal or customer!
11th /12th Column: phone/email
13th Column: PV (personal volume); This shows how much you have sold each month
and resets itself each month! REMEMBER: The first 100PV goes back to the company,
everything else is yours for commission. If it is between 100-499~you get 15% back; if
it’s >500, then you get 25% on EVERYTHING over 100.…AWESOME!!
BACK TO BACKOFFICE INFO:
To check your pay stub: Click on reports, click on financials, (notice there is weekly &
monthly…the weekly will show your business building bonus (½ of ½ of any new
ambassador welcome pack..refer to your pages)..the monthly will show all other payouts.
We get paid monthly on the 15th of each month.) Decide what you want to view (change
cycle for different dates)…then click on process. You must have flash player or enable
cookies to view it.
Gain Knowledge: Click on Resources and go exploring…tons of cool info!! All of the
opportunity calls are there which are awesome!
To Check Your Auto-Qualifications: Click Shopping, click auto-qualifications. You
should notice 2...one is your annual website membership and the other is which ever
auto-qual you set up for when you signed up. MAKE SURE YOU SEE BOTH OF
THEM!! If not, contact your upline!
To Go Shopping @ Wholesale: Click shopping, click new orders and explore. All prices
here are wholesale. Remember if you order something at wholesale for someone…you
need to charge retail prices!
Edit Your Profile: Click My account, click edit. This is where you can change from
receiving a check to direct deposit or vice-versa.
Keeping track of your customers: Click My Plexus Builder. I RECOMMEND YOU
WATCH THE TUTORIAL FOR THIS. I know a little about it, but have a different
system I use. Many people love it, but I’m weird and do the pen/paper and Excel thing!
WHATEVER WORKS BEST FOR YOU!!

tell them they need to do 2 things before they begin to lead a healthier

2) Weigh and then HIDE YOUR SCALE IN THE CLOSET!!

Welcome, welcome, welcome!! First I would like to say Thank You for making this
commitment with Plexus to better your life and change your health! It doesn’t matter
if you are doing a 3 day challenge, a 7 day challenge or a 30 day commitment…a
small change now adds up to monumental changes later! You should have already
received your product, if you haven’t shoot me a text or call me and let me know! The
day you receive your product there are a few things I want you to do! First, Weight &
Measure yourself!! I’ve included a measuring chart to make this step as easy as
possible! Second, write down your goals with Plexus! (decrease headache, decrease
pain, lower cholesterol, lose weight). Lastly, make a list of things that bother you
about you! (Left knee hurts, get short winded when walking to mailbox, headache,
etc.) The reason for this list is when Plexus starts working, you will not notice the
small things that once bothered you and in 30 days you won’t be able to recall the list
of things you wanted to change!
Tips For Starting Plexus
#1: Drink Water!! You need to be drinking at least ½ of your bodies weight in ounces
of water daily!! Why? Plexus Slim tries to detox your body and if we do not drink
adequate water to flush out our system, those toxins will be trapped inside and can
make you feel worse! This may seem daunting at first but it is key to the success of
the product and I promise it becomes easier once you acclimate your body to the
change! Also, you might notice the first few days that you actually feel thirstier than
usual…this is normal and may diminish within a few days! I found the excess thirst
to make it easier for me to drink my daily water, especially when I’m not used to
making myself drink so much!
#2: Mental List Review!! Definitely make a mental note each night of any changes
you noticed that day! For instance, if your appetite changes, craving changes, notice
you want water and not soda, feel more alert, have more energy..each small note is a
small step in the right direction and mean the Plexus is working for you! While some
people will see immediate results (on the outside) within the first week, some may not
notice much for a few weeks..and some may get an even slower start, but you
definitely should be able to tell something is happening within the first 3 days! I
will say it is rare, but I have heard that sometimes it takes up to 60 days for it to start
to work on some of us because it has so much to work out on our insides (BTW..Plexus

#3- Take It Correctly If you are taking both the slim and accelerator the best way to
take them is TOGETHER & in the MORNING! According to Dave Brown, co-developer
of Plexus Slim/Accelerator, the accelerator was designed to work synergistically with
the Slim and taking them at the same time will maximize your benefits! Since
many people don’t tolerate the accelerator well on an empty stomach, this would
require you to have your breakfast first and then within 1 hour drink the slim and
take the accelerator. However, please note that your body is your body and some people
find it easier to take them however it best fits into their schedule. If, at any time, you
feel like things just aren’t working the way your initially start doing them, call me
or text me or facebook message me so we can work together to customize it to find what
works best for you! As well, if you feel jittery or begin having problems sleeping you
might try a few days without the accelerator…NOT THE SLIM! The Plexus Slim
works on your blood sugar levels and on detoxifying your body…do not skip days or
stop taking it even if you get sick with a cold or flu!
#4- Accelerator Advice If you are taking the accelerator, try taking only one the first
day with your slim to judge how your body reacts to it! Some people are very
sensitive, especially at first! I think you do adapt to them over time, but initially just
start with 1. I personally recommend you take 1 for at least 2 weeks and then if you
wish you may add a second one . If you are taking 2 you may space the 2 out (say 1
with breakfast/slim and then 1 around lunch time) or you can take it all in the
am…your call! As well, if you find you cannot tolerate the accelerator, don’t panic!!
The Slim itself will increase your energy and you will still have weight loss, it will
just be slower and require you to have a bit more patience!
Please note: If you are taking a trial pack, there is only 1 Accelerator per day rather
than 2 per day like a normal 30-day supply. (60 pills come in the 30 day supply
bottle!) This is because the company feels the trials are more for taste and reaction
purposes rather than for longer term results!
#5 Complications If you have been using the Slim for weight loss and your weight
loss seems slow or non-existent BUT the Slim IS curbing your appetite, then you may
want to add the Probio5 and the Biocleanse. Many people are full of Candida (yeast,
sugar) and it inhibits weight loss (as well as perpetuates and/or exaggerates other

bathroom! If you do add the Probio5 and Biocleanse, add them as a team! When
adding them, always take a loading dose of 2 of each in the morning and then 2 of
each again at night. After a couple of weeks, you can cut the Probio5 back to only 2
at night and none in the morning! Taking 1 of either one is like taking nothing if
you do not load them in the body!

How to sign up as an ambassador:
Yup, just go to my website www.plexusslim.com/sstark. When you click on it, my Plexus page will
appear and at the top are 2 red buttons "Join" & "Shop". Click on the "join". This will take you to the
Welcome Package page. Select which pack you want. Now, there is a secret here, that I wish I would've
done looking back. I chose package "G" (the 1-30 day supply of each, the 3 day starter packs (which you
can sell for $12). Now that I'm in this I wish I would've splurged and chosen "F" (which my ambassador
encouraged me to do and I thought she was just trying to make money!) The reason is it has 2-30 day
supply's of each for $233. Once you join you will make 15% commission on every thing between $100$499. So if you sell the other pack (which I could've done easily now looking back) at the $114, that brings
my cost of $233 to $119. Plus the package "F" gives you 10- decision packs which are the 3-day and you
sell those for $12 a piece (I just ordered a pack of those because now everyone wants a "sample"). Sell
those 10 packs at $12/pack and now your cost is down from $119 to you just got paid $1 AND you only
sold 1 of the 1-30 day packs so the other pack is your free pack for the month!!! So anyways, pick
whichever pack you want and scroll down to the bottom and click agree. This will then take you to the
next page which is the "AutoQualification" page. This is where the product doesn't matter, but the dollar

Candida die-off and spit test:
Candida (which is yeast) loves warm dark climates and thrives off sugar. So, if prior to Plexus you liked
eating breads, pasta, sugar and such there is a high possibility you have yeast that have set up a community
in your intestines. To check they recommend the "spit" test. Wake up, immediately spit into a glass of
water...if it clumps and stays still, you're good..if it grows legs, clouds the water or sinks to the bottom, you
have candida. To get rid of it we recommend the Probio. There are over the counter probiotics, but they
don't contain near the active ingredients and are much more expensive than the probio by Plexus. Now,
once you start taking the probio many people experience a herxheimer reaction or candida "die-off"
because the probiotics are breaking the candida membranes and killing them (they are a live organisms
btw). Some of the signs/symptoms of this include: nausea, bloating, cramping, rash, itching, increased
tiredness, irritability and a few more. This usually starts 4-6 hours after initial ingestion of probio and can
last up to 2-3 weeks, although most people report 2-4 days. The severity of your die-off s/sx have to do
