NATURE AND DATE OF INCIDENT
Verbally abusive language to lecturer (calling me a wanker and a cock) , after
challenging Sam with regards to his behaviour in class which was a distraction
to other and disrespectful to myself he again started to using foul language,
he then stated that he was leaving the course as soon as he gets an
apprentice, he also stated that the course was rubbish and continued distract
others in the group, He then left the classroom cursing.
Sam has a behaviour problem and is disrespectful to myself.
