The principal’s secretary can order copies – order #39520018 Teacher Resource Guides contain lessons for all objectives. Assessments are optional and are housed on the Document Repository (DR) – an electronic storage device accessed through the HCPSS CLC, an internal email and communication system. Student Resource Booklets that contain student worksheets are available. They are sent automatically to schools to the attention of the Principal’s Secretary prior to the start of each quarter. If additional copies are needed they should be copied at the school. Every school has at least 2 sets. It is the responsibility of teachers to return all transparencies to the binders in order, and return the binder to the media center at the end of the school year. Missing transparencies can be printed using a color printer and the appropriate type of transparency film for the type of printer used – the transparencies are available on the DR. Alternatively, schools can email the transparencies as PDF files to a commercial copy center to have replacement transparencies made. If the latter option is selected, school funds can be used to cover the cost. NGS Picture Pack: Native Americans 1 – Used in quarter 1. A binder of color transparencies used in lesson delivery.
