When do I use Get There reservations online system?
Answer:
You use the Get There system for all domestic reservations for individual
Belk associates traveling, that need airline tickets, hotels or car rentals.
Question 2.
How do I login to the site?
Answer:
Your login will be your Belk email address. Your initial password
will be the word (travel). You will be prompted to change your password
at your first log in.
Question 3.
What if I cannot get into the system using my Belk email address and
password?
Answer: You can call the travel dept. to get help logging into the system.
Question 4.
What do I do once I am on the site if I have any questions?
Answer: You will call the HRG helpdesk at 704-971-7617.
Question 5.
I only need to book a hotel can I call the travel department?
Answer: No. You can book hotel only on the online site also.
Question 6.
I only need to book a car rental reservation. Can I call the travel Dept?
Answer: You will use the Enterprise Rental Car link to book a car only
reservation. If you are in Charlotte you can also contact Zack Standley for
company car reservations.
Question 7.
I am attending a group or meeting do I have to use the Get There website?
Answer: We prefer you book your airline reservation with the Get There System.
You can then add your name to the hotel room block via the travel department or
your administrative assistant.
