WHEREAS information by sworn Petition has been laid before the Judge of the District
Court of Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, that detained in the custody of the David L. Moss
Correctional Facility Donato Brown, DOB 11/06/1982, is a material witness in the above-styled
cause, FOR THE DEFENDANT, which is docketed in the District Court of Tulsa County on the
3rd day of February, 2002, at the hour of 1:30 p.m.; before the Honorable Caroline Wall;
THIS IS THEREFORE TO COMMAND YOU, to have the body of said inmate before the
Judge of the District Court beginning on February 5th at 9:00 am, then and there to abide by what
shall be ordered concerning said Inmate and thereafter return said Inmate to the custody of the
above facility upon completion of the proceedings in the above-styled cause. Due to the
