checked only if the agency will be using the ServicePoint infraction/banned feature.
Allow user to use the ShelterPoint Module for bed list information. This item should be checked
only if the agency and user will be using the ShelterPoint Module.
Allow the user permission to change the security settings on items in a client’s record from the
security default assigned. If checked, this user can change security on assessments/subassessments,
case notes, services/referrals for a client from open to closed/closed to open.
Set UserID under this ServicePoint Provider Name: SAWC – Wash Cty – Agency Level (ROI Only)
Write the ServicePoint name of the Agency or Program the User should be licensed under – Choose
agency level if the person will enter assessment data that will be shared with all programs at the
agency; Enter a program name if this person will enter assessment data that should not be shared
with all programs at the agency.
Providers (Programs) this user may enter data as or view data from: This determines the
programs on ServicePoint that the user can enter data for AND view data enter by. For example, it
person will only enter data for your shelter program, but needs to see entry/exits or services entered
by your services program, then you should include both programs below.
