NOTIFICATION
Subject:-
Setting up of National Mission for Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan.
Government of India vide Notification No. F.2 - 4/2000 - Desk (EE) dated 3rd December, 2004 has
nominated the members on the National Mission for Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan under the Chairmanship of
the Prime Minister.

The Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan National Mission has a Governing Council and an Executive Committee.

Para 3 (viii) of the above Notification may be read as follows :

Six Senior level political leaders of the main National Parties (as nominated by the Political
