Useful Development Education websites LYCS 2007 Useful Development Education Websites As the internet is so vast and ever-changing, it is not possible to fully recommend any particular website or provide an exhaustive list. However, the following is a list of some websites which may be useful. Some are good for providing general information on global development topics, and some contain interactive elements such as maps, games etc. which are development education tools in themselves. If you are doing a computer session using online games, always play the game yourself first to check it is suitable for your group. Some games require additional software; most of this is free to download but can take time and you will need a broadband connection. Also, some sites eg. Christian Aid have a religious focus. Always ensure you are comfortable with the content before using material from any website. Note on sources: As you know, there is a vast array of useful information on the Internet.
