health Ravens Youth Football Grant Granting a Future of Fitness The Baltimore Ravens All Community Team Foundation (RACTF) is committed to improving, encouraging and enabling the healthy development of youth in the Baltimore area, as well as other parts of the state of Maryland. The RACTF established the Youth Football Grant in 2011, which provides equipment and/or apparel grants to qualifying nonprofit youth football programs. The Ravens All Community Team Foundation recognizes the need for football equipment and apparel for youth programs in Maryland, and we aim to promote safety, inclusion, growth and increased participation in youth football across our footprint.
