A Scholarship will be awarded to the individual who best meets the below criteria.
Applications will be considered even if all the criteria are not met.
Criteria for Receiving a Scholarship for the KRI Level 1 Immersion Course:
1. No other KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructors within 200 mi. (322 km) of where the
Applicant plans to teach.

 You may be awarded a scholarship in the amount of either $1250 or $2500.
 The Scholarship covers your housing in triple occupancy accommodations and part of
your registration fee which includes food, manuals, certification and IKYTA membership
fee. It does NOT cover any travel expenses, or anything else outside of the actual cost of
the course and housing.
 You are responsible for paying the remainder of your registration fee.
 If you have been awarded a scholarship, we will contact you via email and/or phone by
April 1 of the year for which you are applying.
 You grant KRI the full rights to publish your essay anonymously.
 The essay is written by you, is original and not plagiarized in any way.
 KRI reserves the right to edit your essay in any way we see fit.
 The scholarship is only available towards the KRI Course in Espanola, NM.
 The scholarship is only for the year for which you are applying
 KRI reserves the right to disqualify anyone if we find they have given false information.

 If you are awarded a scholarship and choose not to attend, You must let KRI know by
June 1 of the year for which you are applying or you will be ineligible to apply for a
