-Place a plate or mirror under candles to catch dripping
wax. Any wax on linen will be subject to an additional
cleaning charge. Any coloring from wax that can not be
removed will be considered damaged and subject to a
replacement charge.
-Try to identify any stains to us upon returning linen. Avoid
mold and mildew by NOT tightly bundling linens or placing
wet linen into plastic bags. Shake linen to remove debris.
Do not use adhesive tape or staples on the linen.
-All damaged linen will be charged replacement cost plus
rental
DAMAGE WAIVER
The damage waiver covers damaged or lost linen, plates,
etc, unrinsed china, tables and chairs not broken down.
-Customer will be charged for lost or damaged equipment
and linen that exceeds the damage waiver amount.
RENTAL PERIOD
-Rental rates are based on the customer receiving the
order one day prior to the event and returning one day
after the event.
-Rental fees are payable in advance of the delivery date,
NO checks will be accepted without prior approval.
ALL CHARGES ARE FOR THE TIME OUT WHETHER
USED OR NOT
A 10% discount of all paper and plastic goods will be given
with any rental order
DELIVERY AND PICKUP
There is a charge for delivery and pickup. The fee varies
by the number of miles driven. There is an extra charge
for difficult deliveries, stairs, excessive carrying, etc.
THERE IS NO TAX ON ANY RENTAL ITEMS
