Sarah Lehman
Graduates from East Central and plans to attend Ball State University in the fall to study
telecommunications & later become a news anchor. Sarah served on student council, prom
committee, and is Senior Class President. She has held 2 Indiana FCCLA State Office positions
in her 5 years in FCCLA.

Amanda Richter
Graduates from East Central with academic honors, and will attend University of Indianapolis for
Occupational Therapy this fall. She received the Community Leadership Scholarship from UIndy
and was a Ripley County Lilly Finalist.
Amanda is the daughter of Greg & Miss Richter, granddaughter of Butch and Carolyn Richter,
and great-granddaughter of Rosella Hornberger.
Kristen Weber
Graduating from East Central, Kristen will be attending Ball State University in the fall.

Kayla Eckstein
Graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Bachelor’s in Business Management.
Kayla works as a Due Diligence Processor at MainSource Bank, and hopes to stay in the
banking/finance field. She’s also a J.R. Watkins consultant and serves on the Advisory Board for
Batesville Young Professionals.
Kayla is the daughter of Ron & Bev Richter, granddaughter of Butch and Carolyn Richter,
and great-granddaughter of Rosella Hornberger.
Brian Faulkner

Will graduate from Purdue on May
with a Masters in Aviation Management and two minors.
Coming home to job search!

Graduated from Cincinnati State on May 4th with an Associate’s Degree in
Mechanical Engineering Technology.

Hannah Griswold
Graduated from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio on May 3rd with a Bachelors of Science in
Applied Nutrition and Dietetics. Starting in August, she will be attending Rush University Medical
Center in Chicago for her Dietetics Internship and Master of Science degree.

Blaire Hornberger
Graduated from Indiana University Southeast on May 12th, 2014. She’s taking a few summer classes,
then will have a degree in Marketing & Management.

Trisha Lecher
Trisha graduated in December from IUPUI with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing and an Honors
Minor in Leadership (in 3.5 years!). She graduated with nursing honors and highest distinction, and is
currently living in Avon, Indiana, employed as an RN at IU West Hospital in the Maternity Center.
