TD Bank Group Donates 20 Computers to St. Marcellus
Forty elementary schools within the Toronto Catholic District School Board are the lucky
recipients of 800 desktop PC’s and monitors, due to the generosity of the TD Bank Group.
St. Marcellus was one of the schools that received 20 refurbished PCs and monitors, which will
benefit all the students. The rollout of the refurbished computers will benefit the students and
staff of St.Marcellus. Students will have the opportunity to enhance 21st century learning skills.
“TD’s generosity supports the transformation of teaching in the classroom, as we continueon our
path of 21st century learning” says TCDSB Director of Education, Angela Gauthier.“We are
grateful to TD and all of our partners in education as we work together to set higher standards
and expectations for our students.” “Our parents appreciate the engagement of the entire

our commitment to build equitable, efficient, state-of-the-art learning environments in our
schools.”“Our youth are the future. They will become future leaders, innovative thinkers and
have the opportunity to make a great difference in their communities as well as the country,”said

to support the TCDSB with this donation as it’s important for these students to have access to the
tools and resources they need in order to further their education, which will in turn solidify their
