Assist manager in implementing the canteen policy.
Assist manager for planning, organizing, and monitoring the day to day operations of
the canteen workers’ daily record-keeping (as deemed necessary by the canteen policy),
opening the canteen, preparation for service and ensuring all workers sign on and off.
Assist manager to ensure that the catering and staffing levels facilitate the demand for
the canteen’s products and services.
Assist manager for updating and implementing the policies and procedures of the
canteen.
Responsible for ordering, purchasing and checking all supplies against invoices and
