Job Description – ESF Administrator Post ESF Administrator Job Purpose To provide accounting, clerical and administrative support services to the ESF Contract Manager Salary Scale £21,000 Location Loughborough Line Manager ESF Contract Manager CRB Disclosure Enhanced Job Description 1. Maintaining computerised accounting systems and other records and inputting information as required. 2. Input orders, invoices and code invoices for agreement by the ESF Contract Manager. 3. Prepare monthly claims for sub-contractors based on reports from MI system 4. Liaise with Head Office finance team regarding monthly accounts and payroll queries as required. 5. Preparing monthly claims to funding bodies for agreement by the ESF Contract Manager. 6. Administrate, attend and record ESF/IAG Steering Group and ESF IAG staff meetings and produce minutes 7. To collect, collate and disseminate management information 8. To produce, instructions, guidelines and procedures and monitoring systems for staff and sub-contractors on management information 9. To interrogate the management information system to provide bespoke management information for the project 10. To provide practical support and training to sub- contractors in providing timely management information 11. To ensure the management information meets the contractual obligations with the SFA and is auditable 12. To contribute to the administration of training activities and events, including booking venues and refreshments 13. Undertake a variety of clerical, administrative and other duties commensurate with the nature and level of the post to ensure the smooth operation of the Company.
