MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS (1) Complete all prerequisites Courses listed in italics are UC Berkeley courses. California community college students should visit www.assist.org for course numbers. If you took more than one class that would fulfill a prerequisite, record the first course taken. Stat 131A or 134 will fulfill the statistics prerequisite. (2) Complete the foreign language requirement The foreign language requirement must be satisfied in one of the ways listed below. If you need to take additional courses to meet the unit minimum consider taking breadth courses. Breadth courses are not required for admission. You must successfully complete the 7-course breadth sequence to earn a B.S. degree from the Haas School.
