WOW – Wealth Out of Waste, a CSR blend National Recycling Initiative jointly managed by
ITC Ltd - PSPD & Ramky Group. The main objective is to inculcate the habit of Source
Segregation and Create awareness among the Public, School students, Teachers, Corporate
executives, Household residents thus saving trees, conservation of water and protection of
environment by recycling.

Develop and manage the Institutional, Corporate, Govt. Department partnerships, at
middle level operations towards sustainable growth.


Networking with Schools, Higher educational institutions, Residential gated communities,
corporate, government departments and civil society organizations.
Disseminating the information of recycling, source segregation, save the nature and dry
waste management to School children, teachers, residents, Corporate executives, Govt.
officers through presentations, discussions, meetings, seminars, conference, mailers, etc.


 50 no. of Free Wheel Chairs for the Differently Abled Children from a Chennai Based
NGO through liaison.
 Provided outsourcing support for 8 students in jobs at Teja Rehabilitation Centre,
Vijayawada, AP and other organisations as Special Educators, Special education
teachers through professional consultancy.
 Prepared and submitted a project on behalf of District Red Cross Society, Nellore(AP)
from National Council of Rural Institutes(NCRI), Hyderabad and the project got
sanctioned.

Shop business.
 Directly provided Interest free Loan support from Lepra Revolving Fund to 20
persons cured from Leprosy to manage Goats rearing, Petty shops, Seasonal
Vegetable sales and brought back their dignity of life in par with mainstream.
 Worked towards overall development of a Woman cured from Leprosy to achieve a
National Status of Dignity by providing a Loan to help her family achieve sustainable
income. The person was nominated for an award at National level and awarded with
honour for her overall socio-economic development after Lepra’s intervention.
