Divisions: See following Entry form. Promoter reserves the right to add or drop classes based on number of entries.
Division Details: Teen: Age 19 and Under. Novice: Open only to those who have not placed first in any class besides Teen within any division in the
same category (Ex. Figure) with any organization (unless was the only competitor in the class). Eligibility will be verified during polygraph testing.
Masters Divisions: Open only to those falling into the stipulated age range (ex. 40+ is age forty and over). Open: Open to anyone regardless of age and
level of experience. Military: These classes are open to all Department of Defense identification cardholders (Active duty, retirees, Government
civilians, contractors, military dependents). Collegiate: These classes are open to all college student identification cardholders. Valid school
identification card is required.
Crossovers: A "crossover" pertains to entering more than one division. For example, someone may enter the Novice division, if eligible, and also elect
to crossover into the Open division and/or a Masters division and compete in it as well. Crossovers between Figure and Women’s bodybuilding,
Women’s Physique and Bikini/Figure, Bikini and Figure, and Men’s Physique and Men’s Bodybuilding will not be permitted.
Check-In/Polygraph Tests: Testing will take place at the host hotel, MainStay Suites (see address above) on Friday, December 11th. See “Drug
Testing” below for details. All competitors will need to check-in even if the drug test has been waived due to prior testing. All competitors
will need to bring in everything they will be wearing on stage for review by the promoter or designated assistant and should be prepared to put it on if
asked to ensure appropriateness. Please contact us beforehand if you think your suit might be borderline inappropriate. Bodybuilders and
women’s Physique competitors only will also need to bring their music with them (see “Routines” below for details). No music will be accepted on the
day of the show. All competitors will receive contest shirts and “goodie” bags at check-in.
Contestant meeting: There will be a meeting with all Figure, Bikini, and men’s Physique competitors on the stage promptly at 9:30AM on December
12th followed by a meeting with all competitors promptly at 10AM in the auditorium. Please schedule tanning appointments around this if you will be
using our tanning professional, Tropix Tanning backstage that morning.
Fees: See entry form (next page). All fees are non-refundable. All competitors will need to get an OCB membership card prior to the contest
by going to http://ocbonlinestore.com/products/ocb-membership.
Awards: Trophies will be awarded to the top five placements in each class. There will also be a best poser male, best poser female, best female
presentation and best male presentation awards. The eligible classes for best poser will be men’s Bodybuilding and women’s Physique only. The
eligible classes for best presentation will be men’s physique, bikini and figure only.
Tickets: See third sheet for all ticket prices. Tickets are non-refundable. Only cash accepted day of the event.

Drug Testing: A polygraph test will be administered to ALL competitors. The test will take approximately 30 minutes. Photo identification is required.
The promoter will schedule all testing, but it will ultimately be the competitor’s responsibility to ensure they are polygraph tested for the event. If any
competitors are not polygraph tested for the event or fail the examination they will be declared ineligible for competition and will not receive a refund.
All competitors are subject to additional forms of testing, if requested, at the discretion and expense of the promoter. Polygraph testing will take place
on Friday December 11th. Additional testing dates prior to the competition may be implemented at the discretion of the promoter. Test scheduling will
be set up shortly after entry deadline date (Tuesday, December 1st) and all competitors will be contacted by the promoter. All testing will be done at
the host hotel listed above.
Backstage policy: Due to the limited backstage area only one assistant per competitor will be allowed. Each competitor will be given one backstage
pass when they are given their competitor number at drug testing on December 11th. Note: All non-competitors including trainers will need to
purchase a ticket for admission to the event with no exceptions.
Routines: Bodybuilding and women’s Physique routines will only be performed during the finals and will need to be no more than 60 seconds long.
Competitors will need to designate on their CD whether they will be walking on or will already be on stage when their music starts. All music is to be
provided on CDs only. It is preferred that there only be one song on the CD, however if pre-recorded it will need to be the first song. If not prerecorded, it should be a CD-R, not CD-RW disc. All music will be played in its entirety and then will be taken at check-in on Friday, December 11th. No
music will be taken on the day of the contest. If it does not play you will have to pose to our music. Music can not contain any profanity.
Costumes/props will be permitted for Bodybuilding and women’s Physique competitors only. Props will not be permitted for Figure, Bikini or Men’s
Physique stage walks.
Bio: When competitors enter the stage individually at the finals portion of the program a “bio” will be read for each individual by the MC. This should
include your name, where you workout, how long you have been competing and then something interesting about yourself and/or thanks to those who
helped you along the way. Please keep it to 50 words or less and e-mail it prior to Friday, December 4th.
Directions: Contest venue, Amos P Godby High School is 7 miles (approximately 13 minutes) from host hotel. Promoter will have directions printed
out for all competitors.
Airports: Closest airport is the Tallahassee Regional Airport (TLH) and it is 7.2 miles (approximately 15 minutes) from contest venue, Amos P Godby
High School and 14 miles (approximately minutes) to host hotel, MainStay Suites.
