Process Engineer, Industrial Engineer and Planning Supervisor.

implement 5 S’s, Lean Manufacturing, beginning with the implementation of One
Piece Flow.

Training Supervisor:
Responsible for covering the training needs for all associates. Training needs are
determined by the Training Needs Detection process, which involves all department
managers by making an evaluation of every subordinate.
These training needs are then included in an annual plan, which is covered by both,
internal and external providers.
Responsible too, for the in-house scholar education for Elementary, High and Junior
High school levels
Responsible also, for the Food Service provided to our employees by serving as
liaison with the supplier.
This responsibility included the need to improve customer’s satisfaction. Satisfaction
surveys are applied to monitor it.
