13.5 The foreground color (text color) could be set by mixture of Red, Green and Blue
colors.
13.6 The background color is fixed to black.
13.7 The transparency level controls how background color is shown.
13.8 Two levels of transparency control. 0% (No transparency) and 100% (full
transparency)
13.9 The camera shall accept external time synchronization from an NTP (Network
Time Protocol) server to ensure accuracy.
