Permission to Repeat a Semester Procedure
Purpose
When a student is not entitled to conditional enrollment and she/he wishes to apply to repeat the
semester
Grounds
In case where a student fails the course test or examination of the subject that caused the conditional
enrollment within the determined time limit, the Dean decides whether the student must repeat the
semester.
The Dean allows a student, upon her/his request in writing (See: Appendix), to repeat the semester in
case where a student has not passed a course test or examination within the indicated time limit.
The student repeating a semester is obliged to obtain credits for the subjects resulting from differences
in curriculum in case where the teaching program has changed.
Process
The completed Request (See: Appendix) to repeat the semester should be submitted to the Students’
Office.

A student fails a course test or examination of the
subject that caused the conditional enrollment within

Office
The Dean allows/doesn’t allow a student, upon his/her
request (See: Appendix) to repeat the semester
The Dean sets differences in curriculum when aplicable
The hard copy of the decision is put into the student’s
file, additionally it is available on the Virtual University
