Subject: Consigning YGM Marketing’s products for MSC Bazaar
We are pleased to propose the following co-operation guidelines on MSC’s marketing of YGM
Marketing’s merchandise (apparel, shorts & bags etc) in MSC Bazaar from 3rd Nov to 10th of
November 2004, organised by MSC/TEP Roadshow.
Proposed Co-operation Guidelines
1.1
The products shall be transferred to Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP) on consignment
basis.
1.2
Products made available for NYP’s marketing shall be transferred at a price not less
favourable than your offer to your other dealers. The trade discount given is
confirmed at 25% off the recommended retail price before GST. YGM Marketing
PTE LTD is a GST company.
1.3
NYP shall make payment in 30 days upon receipt of the original invoice with original
signature for items sold through Interbank GIRO.
1.4
NYP shall be allowed the discretion to sell the products to its staff and students at a
discounted price.
1.5
At any such time, should NYP decide not to continue selling your products, all
unsold goods in NYP’s custody shall be returned to your company at no cost to
NYP. If a credit note is needed, it shall be issued to Nanyang Polytechnic within 30
days for products returned.
1.6
All fixtures, display stands, equipment and promotion material (if any) provided to
MSC shall be at no cost to NYP.

1.7
In the event that either party wishes to end the co-operation, a week notice in writing
to the other party shall be given.
1.8
The delivery address is 180 Ang Mo Kio Ave 8, Nanyang Polytechnic, Blk B
Level 1, Unit B104, Marketing Services Centre, Singapore 569 830 (Carpark
07). All delivery charges will be borne by supplier.
