Security_Deposit: A security deposit of 50% of the total contract is
required to hold your date and is non-refundable.
Balance_of_contract: The remaining balance of the contract must be paid
(1) week prior to the date of service.
Release_for_Photographs_and_Videos: I understand that Johnstown Party
Bus will be taking pictures and video throughout the charter for which
I have contracted the party bus. All pictures and videos are the sole
possession of the Johnstown Party Bus and may be used in advertisements
and/or promotions on the Internet and/or print media.
The Johnstown Party Bus fleet is equipped with an am/fm/cd player; mp3
and ipod cabled sound system that plays throughout the entire bus. All
buses have air conditioning, tinted windows, and L.E.D. lighting. Last
but not least, your rental includes a safe, fun, and professional
driver. To ensure that everyone has a great time and a safe trip, our
guests must abide by our safety rules & regulations listed below.
1. No drugs, no violence, and no weapons of any kind will be
tolerated. If any of the above occurs, you will be removed
from the bus immediately.
2. Keep all personal items with you at all times, we are not
responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
3. If any property of the Johnstown Party Bus gets damaged or
stolen by any of the guests at your party, you will be held
100% liable for replacement and or repair costs, collection
fees, attorney fees, and court cost, etc. We spend a lot of
money to provide a fun transportation environment and would
like to keep it that way for our next guest.
4. The Johnstown Party Bus does not encourage drinking.
5. Pennsylvania State Law requires all guest to be 21 or older to
drink alcoholic beverages
6. If you wish to extend your parties trip, please check with
driver on availability. Payment must be made to the driver
before extending the trip.
7. If your party goes over the prearranged time, you will be
billed at 150% of the hourly rate, min. of 30 minute
increments
8. At no time will we allow anyone to be hanging from or throwing
trash out of the windows.
9. No smoking on the party bus at anytime
10. Johnstown Party Bus has an extensive unedited music
collection, if you wish to listen to certain music you can
bring cds, an mp3 player or an ipod
11. If the music stops and the driver announces for everyone to be
seated, please do so promptly.
12. While the bus is in motion guests are required to be seated, if
you choose to stand or dance you must hold on to hand rails or
seats for your safety, Johnstown Party Bus will not be
responsible or liable for any injuries incurred during any
unsafe practices.
13. No glass containers are allowed on the party bus.
14. All carry on bags is subject to search by Johnstown Party Bus
staff.
15. If the party bus is soiled beyond normal conditions, there
will be a $75.00 cleaning fee added to your contract.
16. If the Johnstown Party Bus staff has to clean up body fluids
of any type, there will be a $100.00 fee added to your
contract.
17. Cancellation policy: Your deposit is non-refundable when you
book a party with us. It is common for us to turn away several
other parties because your date is already booked.
