Profile of Mr. Michael Geh Thuan Peng
Michael Geh, is a Senior Vice-President of Raine & Horne International Zaki + Partners Sdn Bhd, a
Property Consultancy & Valuation Surveying firm.
Geh was active in the broad field of Property Development Consulting for the past 17 years in Perth,
Australia and Malaysia. The experience has given him much exposure & in-depth knowledge of the subject matter.
Academically, Geh holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Valuation & Land Economics, Curtin
University of Technology, Australia. He is also a Registered Valuer & Real Estate Agent. Geh has written two books on the topics of Condo Guide Book & Total Financial Planning, the Property
Investment Aspects of it....

Profile of Mr. Ho Chin Soon
Chin Soon has been deeply involved in consulting work and property development companies in
Malaysia, Singapore and Papua New Guinea for 12 years and another 20 years as Director of Ho Chin
Soon Research S/B, is a property information company that provides information on land use and ownership data to the players in the property industry, in particular real estate developers, property consultants and real estate agents.
He possessed a Professional Diploma from Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (UK) and is a
Fellow of the Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia as well as being a Registered Valuer with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers & Estate Agents, Malaysia.
Chin Soon has undertaken to do extensive research works such as feasibility studies and marketing design for property developers including Database, Population and Income Mapping Work. He was also a Consultant to Khazanah Malaysia in 2005 / 2006 for Iskandar Malaysia. He is actively associated with the National Council Member of FIABCI Malaysia, National Council Member of
PEPS Malaysia and more recently with National Council Member of MIEA Malaysia (from 2010).
Mr Ho has often been invited to deliver papers on real estate related issues under the auspices of:
