Chapter 30: Snowbounded for trouble
*The Summit*
*The group stops at the end of the path leading to the summit.*
James: “Where is he?”
Hamtaro: “Looks like he’s not here.”
Boss: *Looks around before seeing a lone figure near the top of the snowy hill* *!* “Look!”
*Points to the top of the hill*
Everyone else: *Looks at that direction*
*The falcon flies towards the lone figure: Shan-Yu*
James: “There he is.”
*After the Falcon perches on Shan-Yu’s shoulder, A whole herd of Rapid Thruster Heartless
lined up.*
Sora: “Oh!” *Grr...*
James: “Now THAT’S an army.”
Maxwell: “There should be more behind them.”
Penelope: “Ookwee....That’s not good.”
James: “We’ll split up! Everyone goes into their stations! Cappy, you’re up!”
Cappy: “Shouldn’t be Penelope?”
James: “We need those bugs out of the sky! Use Float to get us up, then use Gravity Raid to
them down!”
Cappy: “But I don’t know-“
James: “Don’t ask, just do it!”
Cappy: “Uh, right!”
*Shan-Yu moves his sword to usher an attack. The Rapid Thrusters began their movement.*
Shan-Yu: “Attack!”
James: “You heard the man!” *Summons Keyblade* “Attack!”
*Everyone who can use weapons and magic summoned and grabbed their respected weapon.
Lapis and Lazuli ran up to James*
The sisters: “We’ll fight too!”
James: “What!? Are you crazy!?”
Lazuli: “Watch! Thunder!”
*Lazuli cast Thundaga on the rights side of James, Blasting the whole right end of the
Heartless.*
James: *Surprised face* “Holy- Wow!”
Lapis: “Alright!”
The Rest: *Surprised faces and gasping*
Lazuli: “You’re surprised? Me and my sister once used Magic, so these black magic spells are
easy to do! Your turn, sister!”
Lapis: “Got it! Wind!”
*Lapis used Aeroga, launching a large wind funnel on the left side of Shan-Yu’s army,
swallowing the Heartless.*
Shan-Yu: *Growling*
James: “Hey, isn’t that Wind Magic?”
Sandy: “Like, how did you do that?”
Lapis: “We read the book a longer than Maxwell.”
Maxwell: *Sweat drop, still surprised* “Wow. I never knew you studied that hard!”
Hamtaro: *Idea bulb* “I got an idea!” *Points Keyblade towards the wind funnel*
*Hamtaro launches a Fira spell towards the funnel. When the fireball entered the funnel, it
ignites, creating a fire funnel, taking out the heartless inside. It fades away afterwards*
James: “Great Flaming Tornado.”
Sandy: “Wow, I never knew you can do that!”
James: “Maybe because you can mix spell attacks together to make a massive damaging double
attack!”
Cappy: *Surprised face* “YAAAH! INCOMING!!”
Everyone else: *!*
*The parts of the herd that were destroyed were replaced. The middle part of the herd made it
halfway to the group.*
Cappy: “H-here goes!-“
James: “Cappy! Calm down and focus! Otherwise your move may backfire!”
Cappy: “Uh, ok!”
*Cappy closed his eyes, and successfully executed Float: It alters the user’s and his allies’s
gravity, making them lighter than usual.*
Cappy: *Opens eyes* “It worked!”
James: “Great! Now for the second part!”
*Cappy jumped high and executes Gravity Raid: It flattens foes when struck with the Keyblade,
sending them to the ground He sends down the middle row. The middle immediately recovered.*
Penelope: “Alright Cappy!”
Cappy: “Oh right!”
Shan-Yu: *Grrrr...*
James: “Now: Raid them all!”
*Everyone used their unique Raid: James’s long range move is Shock Impact: Charges
Keyblade, them sends them backward, after they recover from the strike, it acts as if Stop Magic
was used. Sora’s, Oxnard’s, and Pepper’s Raid is Strike Raid,: When the Keyblades hits them,
they become stunned. They have to be in Limit Form to use, so they changed before the big Raid
maneuver. Pashmina’s attacked with Pink Aura 2: This attack launches multiple Pink fireballs
towards her foes. Ping and Ham-hams that can’t cast spells or attack at a long range positions
themselves behind them. The raids and attacks destroyed the current army, and all attack ShanYu all at once. Shan-Yu staggered a bit before he issued a big attack. He charged down the hill
with the army.*
James: “Whoa, there’s no end to this!”
???: “Stand back.”
???: “We’ll handle this!”
Everyone: *?*
*Yao, Ling, and Chein-Po walked to them. Yao carried a launcher with a dragon head on it.*
James: “What are you going yo do with that?”
Yao: “Isn’t it obvious? We’ll gonna blast him down.”
Flora: “B-blast him down?”
Ling: “Yeah! We’ll take him down in one shot!”
Bijou: “But that is crazy!”
Yao: “We’re gonna show you we’re not cowards!”
Sandy: “If that’s what it takes, then, like, be my guest.”
Maxwell: “A-are you sure about this!?”
Yao: “Trust us.*
*As Yao prepares to fire the launcher, Ping looked at the distant mountain, then an idea bulb
came over her head. She immediately shoved Yao off the launcher, saying “Sorry!” in the
process, moves the launcher closer by a few feet, then aims at the mountain.*
Ping: *Looks around for flint, or something to light the fuse. She notices Mushu and grabs him.*
Mushu: *!*
*Ping squeezes Mushu to the point in which he breathed fire. Mushu landed on the dragon
cannon, being launched with it, saying-*
Mushu: “YOU’RE GOING The wrong waaaaaay.....”
*The dragon cannon nailed its mark.*
James: “Huh?”
Ping: “Yes!”
Sora/Stan: “Captain?”
*The Captain and a couple of soldiers walked up to the group.*
James: *Notices the Avalanche* “Oh, crud.”
Ping: *Notices the avalanche* “Look out!”
*The Avalanche reaches where the group is, plowing the Heartless and Shan-Yu into the rushing
snow. Ping grabs Shang and hightails it out of the path.*
Sora: *Gaped open mouth*
James: “Oh, that’s not good.”
Pashmina: “What should we do?”
James: “RUN!!!!!”
*Everyone else runs out of the path, saying run for it, screaming, or just running. All but James
made it safely. James ducks down as the Avalanche swallows him.*
*A little while later...*
Everyone: *Panting*
Sora: “Is everyone here!?”
Everyone: *Confirms their presence.*
*Pashmina, who saw James get buried, runs out and looks around.*
Pashmina: “JAMES!!! WHERE ARE YOU!!??” CAN YOU HEAR ME!!??”
James: *Muffled* “I’m down here!”
*James arm bursted out of the snow and grabs Pashmina’s ankle, causing her to shriek and have
a surprised face.*
James: *Muffled* “Do you want to cause another Avalanche!?”
Pashmina: *Surprised face, tears in her eyes* “You-you’re ok!”
James: *Muffled* “Just get me out of here!”
*A few minutes later...*
*James was seen trying to warm up, shivering.*
James: “W-w-w-w-well, that’s o-o-o-one thing off my to-do list before I die.”
*Pashmina warps him in her scarf. She is still wearing James’s cloak from chapter 29.*
Pashmina: “Is this better?”
James: “Huh?”
Pashmina: “You gave me your cloak to warm up, so I’ll let you warm up by my scarf!.”
James: “T-t-t-thank you.”
*Penelope had a relieved, then jealous look on her face.*
Penelope:: “Don’t do crazy stunts like that!”
James: “I-i-i-i-I was trying to get out of the w-w-way!”
Penelope: *Nudge*
*Pashmina noticed Penelope’s nudge and quickly removed her scarf from James before she
struck him with a thunder spell, warming him up.*
James: “Thanks.”
*Meanwhile*
Shang: “Thanks, Ping.”
Ping: “It...was nothing.”
*The two stood up.*
Shang: “I should never have doubted you. From now on, you have my trust.”
Ping: “Thank you, Captain.”
*Mushu jumped out of the snow near the Ham-hams, surprising them. He had an annoyed look.*
Hamtaro: “Mushu! You’re ok!”
Mushu: “Well, yeah I’m okay!”
Bijou: “Are...you okay?”
Mushu: “Okay? OKAY!? First Ping uses me as a lighter, then she turns me into a cannon ball!
The head ancestor’s gonna hear about this! You know, that’s it! I give up! I can’t take this no
more. C’mon, Mulan. Let’s quit this charade and go home, girl!”
*The Ham-hams and Sora’s group goes into an Uh-oh Look Right after he said girl.*
Ping: “Mushu!”
Mushu: *?* *Notices Shang, then covers mouth.*
James: “Way to go, Idaho.”
Shang: “Mulan? A woman? It can’t be!”
*Shang looks at Ping. Ping had a down look*
Sora: “Ping!”
Holly: “Captain!”
*Shang had a serious looks in his eyes, causing some of the Ham-hams to stop sooner then
others. Sora’s group was still relieved.*
Goofy: “Oh boy, you’re okay!”
Shang: “You all knew, didn’t you? You knew that Ping was really a woman in disguise.”
*The group had guilty looks. Holly looked curiously at Ping, because she didn’t know Ping was
a woman.*
Holly: “Ping was a woman??”
James: “Didn’t get a chance to tell you that.”
Holly: “Too late now.”
Shang: *Begins to walk away* “I can’t believe you lied to me. And I trusted you.”
James: “Er.”
The boys: “Don’t you mean, started to trust you?”
Shang: *stops walking* “Enough. The punishment for high treason and dishonoring the army...
is death.”
Ping: *Turns around*
Shang: “Get out of my sight...now. You’re all dismissed.”
Sora: “But, Captain...”
Shang: “My debt is repaid. And as for our alliance... It’s broken. You ladies are now targets for
treasoning the army. Out of my sight.”
Sandy: “Captain...”
*Shang begins to walk down the summit path to the village.*
Shang: “The Emperor is waiting! Move out!”
*As the army moves down the mountain, in a sluggish state, the group watches as the army
leaves. Mushu once again pops out. He was sad.*
Mulan: *Depressed Sigh*
Mushu: “Mulan...I blew it.”
*A little while later...*
*Mulan changed out of her armor, and just untied her hair. Afterwards, she turned around and
smiled.*
Mulan: “Thank you, everyone. Sorry I got you all in trouble.”
Sora: “It’s no big deal.”
Hamtaro: “Yeah. Most of our adventures back home always seem to lead to trouble.”
The Ham-hams *Excluding James.*: *Agreeing motives.*
James: “So Ping... I mean, Mulan... What’re you gonna do now?”
Mulan: “Go back home.”
Mushu: “Y’know your daddy’s gonna be as steamed as a chicken dumpling.”
Mulan: *Discouraged look*
*The group seemed to joined up and squeeze together.*
Sora: “Don’t worry...”
Everybody else: “we’ll take our share of the blame!”
Mulan: “Thanks. You’re all wonderful friends.”
Stan: “Now that we’re out of the army, how about a-“
*KLANG!!*
*James bashed his Keyblade off Stan’s head. Causing Stan to get dizzy, with a lump on his
head.*
Stan: “I know, I’ve to stop hitting on girls...”
James: “You know it.”
Sandy: *Sighed*
Pashmina: “Here, James.”
*Pashmina hands back the cloak. James wears the puts on the cloak.*
James: “Thanks.”
James *Narrator*: As we proceeded down the mountain, I noticed Shan-Yu’s Falcon flying
overhead. I checked out a cliff below our position for a little look.*
James: “Eaah??”
Pashmina: “What’s wrong?”
James: *!*
*An arm shot out of the ground. The Falcon noticed it too: It was Shan-Yu! He’s still alive!*
Shan-Yu: *Roars!!*
The group: *! Above their heads.*
James: *!*
*Rapid thruster Heartless begin to appear. Shan-Yu sets his sights towards the Imperial city.*
Mulan: “Shan-Yu!”
Sky-Ham: “He’s alive!”
Penelope: “Ah! He’s heading for that city!”
Mulan: “That’s the imperial city! We got to warn Shang!”
Oxnard: “We’ll get their if we sled down that hill!”
Pepper: “And risk being attacked by Shan-Yu!?”
Oxnard: “Er, I mean, go down the mountain by foot!”
Maxwell: “Wait, before we go down, how is Shan-Yu still alive?”
James: “Mushu, you said my father assigned Shan-Yu to assassinate me, right?”
Mushu: “Yeah...?”
James: “Maybe Tierdex gave him power, turning him into a Heartless!”
Everyone else: “Ah!
James: “Remember what Yen-Sid said? Anybody who gives in to the darkness will become a
Heartless! Maybe Tierdex amplified his desire to rule China by giving him power, in turn
making him inhuman!”
Boss: “So what are we gonna do!?”
Hamtaro: “Isn’t it obvious? We go and take down Shan-Yu!”
Everyone else: “RIGHT!”
*Everyone began to charge down the mountain.*
End of Chapter 30
Lapis and Lazuli can now fight.
Cappy learned Float and Gravity Raid.
Sora can now use Limit Form.
The group are discharged from the army.
Ping became Mulan again.
Shan-Yu is assaulting the Imperial City!
