Community Scholarship Application
$500 Award
Applicants for the National Pan-Hellenic Council Scholarship must be:
(1) High school graduating senior attending a public high school in Athens-Clarke
County
(2) Copy of high school transcript
(3) Planning to attend the University of Georgia (Proof in enrollment required prior to
disbursement).

Applications are due by Friday, January 23, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. Late applications will not be

Winner will be required to attend the 17th Annual FaceOff Step Show on Saturday, January 31,
2015 at 7pm and will be provided three complimentary tickets and will be recognized.
