15th Annual Willow Springs Silent Auction Catalog
The Auction will be at the school on
Saturday, March 24 (the day of the Fun Fair).
Bidding begins at 10:00 AM and closes promptly at 2:00 PM.
Payment by cash, check (made out to Willow Springs PTA) or
Pay Pal on the day of the Auction (new this year!!).

Willow Springs Silent Auction Rules:
 Fill out all required information on the bid sheet and follow the specified minimum
bid and bid increments. Bids with incomplete information will be discarded.
 Bidders must be 18 years of age or older.
 The Auction will end promptly at 2:00 PM. There will be announcements during
the last 5 minutes warning of the ending time.
 Auction volunteers will strive to have results posted by 3:00 PM so auction items
can be paid for and brought home at the end of the Fun Fair. An announcement
will be made when the results are posted.
 If there is more than one bidder keenly interested in the same item and present
at 1:55 PM, the Silent Auction Committee reserves the right to pull that bid sheet
and conduct a Live Auction of that item once the Silent Auction closes.
 Live Auctions will be conducted by a Silent Auction Committee member among
those interested bidders present and all results are final.
