Commencement
3. (1) Subject to subsections (2) to (6), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
(2) Subsections 1 (1) and (3) come into force on the later of August 1, 2015 and the day this Regulation is filed.

(3) Subsection 1 (2) comes into force on the later of the day section 42 of the Transportation Statute Law Amendment
Act (Making Ontario’s Roads Safer), 2015 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
(4) Subsection 1 (4) comes into force on the later of the day section 47 of the Transportation Statute Law Amendment
Act (Making Ontario’s Roads Safer), 2015 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
(5) Subsection 1 (5) comes into force on the later of the day section 49 of the Transportation Statute Law Amendment
Act (Making Ontario’s Roads Safer), 2015 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
(6) Section 2 comes into force on the later of September 1, 2015 and the day this Regulation is filed.
