This is not a complete list, and other courses may also fulfill the prerequisites. In some cases, prerequisites have been modified so that they may be fulfilled with UCSD courses. Biology Lower Division Anatomy and Physiology – May be fulfilled by TWO Biology Lower Division Classes at UCSD – BILD 1, BILD 2, BILD 3, BILD 26 (Human Physiology) or by Biol 212 (Human Anatomy; available at SDSU) Upper DivisionBiology – 1 class: May be fulfilled by an upper division class in Biology as described in the Physical Therapy Prerequisite Information Sheet (2/03). Preferred classes are Developmental Biology (BICD 130 or BICD 132, with labs, BICD 131 or 133; or any upper division class in Neurobiology); Microbiology – BILD 30 Biomedicine/Microbes; or any upper division class in Microbiology Upper Division Physiology – BIPN 100 Mammalian Physiology I; or BIPN 102 Mammalian Physiology II; BIPN 106 Comparative Physiology; WITH LAB – BIPN 105 Animal Physiology lab Chemistry (1 year) Chemistry – Chemistry with lab (6A, 6B, 6C, with 6BL lab) – or equivalent Chemistry series Physics ( 1 year) Physics – Physics with lab (1A, 1B, 1C series or Physics 2 sequence with labs) Behavioral Science Any two courses in behavioral including psychology, sociology or anthropology. Statistics Any course in statistics is acceptable. BIEB 100, Math 10D, or Psychology 60 will each fulfill this requirement. Please note that some courses may have prerequisites or co-requisites.
