A Small Act
December 21st at 7:00pm
Chris Mburu was child in Kenya when he first received a $15
scholarship from a Swedish woman named Hilde Back
This humble scholarship put Chris through school and began a
life that led to Harvard Law and a career as a United Nations
attorney.
Hilde meets Chris for the first time as he launches the Hilde
Back Fund for the children of his village.
A Small Act details just how powerful a gesture of kindness and
generosity can be...and just how far the gift of education can
go.
Guest Speaker: Jonathan Roberts-Lee Davis HS and UVA graduate
who teaches at the American School of Kinshasa, DRC and works
with the Lipela Children's Home
Donation: $10
Proceeds will be split between the
