Thank you for your interest in Joe Gibbs Racing and our Licensing Program. This application is in response to
your inquiry regarding obtaining a license agreement with Joe Gibbs Racing, Kyle Busch, Denny Hamlin and/or
Joey Logano.
Enclosed is a licensing application, which requires a nonrefundable $500 processing fee. Please complete and
return the application with a check made payable to “Redline Sports Marketing, Inc.”. Upon receipt, it will be
evaluated for approval by our marketing department (please allow six to eight weeks for this process). After the
evaluation process is complete, you will then receive either an official Joe Gibbs Racing term sheet or an
explanation of refusal. Feel free to enclose any additional information that might give us a better understanding
of your company and its product line. Please be sure to fill out the application as completely as possible. Lack
of information can slow the process.

Prospective License Statement
I hereby attest that the information included herein is true and complete. I understand
than any License which may be granted to this company by Redline Sports Marketing, Inc.
will be subject to immediate termination without the return of any amount paid (including the nonrefundable application
fee) or the abatement of any amount due, in the event Redline Sports Marketing, Inc., finds that any of the information
contained herein is false, misleading,
fraudulent or incomplete in any material respect.
I hereby acknowledge the proprietary nature of all names, likenesses and marks of the
properties represented by Redline Sports Marketing, Inc. and that until such time, if any, as a
License has been issued to this company, no rights exist for use thereof.
I understand that this application does not constitute an offer from Redline Sports
Marketing, Inc., or imply any obligations on the part of Redline Sports Marketing, Inc., to grant
a License in any category. Redline Sports Marketing, Inc. may reject this application for any reason. I understand that the
application fee is nonrefundable and that I will not receive credit against any future royalties due for any and all of the
