Insurance Requirement: Selected Vendor must carry General Liability Insurance with combined limits of $1,000,000, must agree to indemnify the YWCA and must supply proof of Worker’s Compensation Insurance as applicable. 3. Addition and deletion of sites: Selected Vendor must agree to remove charges for individual sites when service is no longer required and to add service for new sites at a charge commensurate with price bid for similar YWCA sites. 4. Tax Exemption: The YWCA is exempt from local, state and federal taxes. Tax exemption certificate will be provided upon request.
