Draft Evidence Portfolio Template for the 2018
Quality Evaluation
Purpose
1. Evidence Portfolios (EPs) for the 2018 PBRF Quality Evaluation can be submitted to the
TEC in one of two ways using the PBRF Quality Evaluation IT System:

Online, through the web interface

By creating an electronic file of EPs in xml format and uploading this directly to the
system
2. This template has been designed to assist those wishing to use the first option and enter
the EP online – it will ensure you collect all of the required data for each field prior to
data entry.
3. The template needs to be read in conjunction with the EP Schema Definition Document,
which describes the fields that make up the EP schema and how the data needs to be
recorded.
