1.1. This procedure is used to request access to SLPS SAP
System.

4.0 DEFINITIONS:
4.1. Requestor – Requesting SLPS Employee
4.2. SLPS –St. Louis Public Schools
5.0 PROCEDURE:
5.1. The requestor contacts the SLPS Help Desk for an electronic copy of the SAP Request
for Access Form (TEC F005).
5.2. The SLPS Help Desk emails an electronic copy of TEC-F004 to the Requestor.
5.3. The Requestor competes section #1 of TEC-F005
5.4. The Principal / Dept Administrator completes section #2 of TEC-F005
5.5. The Principal / Dept Administrator faxes the completed TEC-F004 to the Help Desk
5.6. The Help Desk logs in the TEC-F005
5.7. The Help Desk forwards the TEC-F005 to Basis Administrator
5.8. The Basis Administrator assigns User Access to the requestor
5.9. The Basis Administrator completes Section #3 of TEC-F005
5.10.
The Basis Administrator forwards the USER ID and password information to the
Help Desk
5.11.
The Help Desk emails the USER ID and password to the requestor.
5.12.
The Help desk closes out the request.
