INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS
Vendors and contractors providing goods and services to the State of Maryland shall abide by all applicable Federal, State
and Local laws and the rules and regulations of the Purchasing Bureau; including the provisions of Title VII and the Civil
Rights Act, the fair employment provisions of Article 49B of the Annotated Code of Maryland and the Governor's Code of
Fair Practices. Vendors and contractors may not assign or transfer any interests in any contract issued by the State of
Maryland without the written approval of the State.
Businesses wishing to bid on materials, supplies, equipment or services to be purchased by the Maryland Aviation
Administration must submit this properly completed Bidder's Application. In Section II, please indicate on which items you
wish to provide quotes.
Complete Section II as follows:
1. Refer to the attached classification index, which describes various purchases made by the Maryland Aviation
Administration. Determine on which items you wish to bid. Note that each description is assigned a code number.
2. In Section II, Column A, write the code number that identifies the item. In Column B, you may be more explicit on the
items on which you wish to bid. Please type or print clearly.
3. If the item on which you wish to bid is not listed, leave Column A blank and write a brief description in Column B.
4. Return the Bidder's Application to the Procurement Division, Maryland Aviation Administration, at the address shown on
the front of the application.
5. Upon receipt of the Bidder's Application, the Maryland Aviation Administration will conduct a review. If you do not
receive a request for further information, the application has been approved and processed. If additional information is
needed, you will be notified in writing.
