experience and opportunities for experienced Market traders .Stalls are also available for
charities, social enterprises and young people. Acton Market aims to help regenerate
Acton Town centre, promote community cohesion and create jobs. Business

ICE (INTEGRATION, CITIZENSHIP AND ESOL)-- EUROPEAN INTEGRATION
FUND
To help 300 newly arrived female third country nationals integrate to UK society
through ESOL and Citizenship courses. Activities provide inter-action with members of
the host society and knowledge of UK history, institutions, cultural life, norms, and values.
The project also provides Information, Advice and Guidance and Personal Development
plans, IT support and free E-learning.

ACTION ACTON WELL-BEING CENTRE—South Acton
To provide Health promotion activities to vulnerable adults and gentle exercise,
including walking machines, yoga etc. plus information/advice to help people stay healthy.

WEST LONDON SOCIAL ENTERPRISE SUPPORT PROJECT –part of the
Collaborating for Change (C4C) project funded by Big Lottery
Information/advice/support about social enterprise to individuals, charities, voluntary/
community groups / organisations with a social purpose. FREE phone, e-mail and 1 to 1
advice. Social Enterprise West (SEW) e-newsletter. FREE trials, low cost desk space,
accommodation address at Doughnut Factory social enterprise hub in W3.

HOUNSLOW SOCIAL ENTERPRISE PARTNERSHIP (HSEP)
–funded by London Borough of Hounslow
Targetted at new and existing social enterprises in Hounslow, voluntary groups and charities
wanting to develop enterprise as part of income generation .Action Acton in partnership
with Ealing CVS is working with Hounslow Council to develop and expand social
enterprise in the Borough. Support on collaboration, enterprise opportunities, tendering,
contracts, commissioning opportunities, social impact.
