To connect to the wireless you must fill in the ITB Wireless Network User Registration Form and bring it to the Student Information Desk. How do I book a room to study in the College? If a student wishes to book a room for study they must do so through their lecturer/ course co-ordinator. The lecturer needs to contact the estates office on their behalf. 3. What happens if I lose my Student Id Card? Forms for replacement ID cards are available from the Student Information Desk. There is a charge of €10. 4. How can I find a particular lecturer? You can find a lecturer by name on our Staff Directory on the ITB website http://www.itb.ie/StaffDirectory/staffdirectory.asp Lecturer’s office numbers are listed on the document below: 5. How do I get my computer password / Moodle password re-set? To get computer passwords set you must bring your Student ID card to the SID desk and the Staff will re-set your pin. You can also enrol for the password recovery automated service so that when your pin expires you can change it yourself. This password recovery is available on the Student Intranet. 6. Where do I go to get a letter from the college / form stamped? Bring your Student ID to the SID desk and we will issue the letter you need we also fill in and stamp forms. 7. I have changed my home address, what do I need to do? Bring your Student ID to the SID desk and we will give you a change of address form and process the changes on the system. 8. I forgot my timetable and need to find out my classroom, who will I go to? Where will I find previous exam papers? Previous exam papers can be found on the Student Intranet http://bravo/Portal/Exam/Exampage.asp Papers are grouped by course, click on your course to view the year /semester then the module you need. 10. What is the procedure if I want to leave/ withdraw from College? You must fill in a withdrawal form to be officially de-registered from your course/ module. This form is available from the SID desk and you should attach your student ID card with it on return.
