General Duties and Responsibilities:

Increases shareholder value by developing and managing the Company’s incident prevention strategies and measuring
the impact of these strategies through benchmarking, incident analysis, and other appropriate measures.

Performs periodic statistical analysis, and combined with human experience confirmation, identifies workplace safety
trends and solutions to address opportunities for improvement.

Develops, manages, and revises as needed the Company written Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP). Develop
and provide technical support, education, and training as needed to support the overall strategic objectives.

Develops and manages the Company’s strategy for communicating safety-related practices, goals and objectives
through all levels of the organization.

Develops and implements an effective and consultative workplace assessment program. Conducts workplace visits as
needed, providing immediate verbal and subsequent written feedback to appropriate individuals within the organization.

Interacts with various groups within the Company to collaborate on planned projects for safety, security and risk
management considerations.

Identifies training and educational needs on safety-related subjects and ensures that such training is provided and
documented as required.

Serves as liaison between Company and outside agencies to ensure technical issues regarding workplace safety and
health are identified and addressed. Serves as the lead technical resource person and primary liaison with regulatory
agencies as called upon. Documents inspection findings and provides technical guidance to Company management.

Serves as Company’s subject matter expert on compliance with OSHA and other health and safety regulations and
statutes. Monitors and ensures compliance with applicable regulations and statutes.

Performs other duties and lends assistance to co-workers as directed by the immediate supervisor or other members of
our Support Center Management Team.
Qualifications:

Skills: Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills. Strong customer relations and service skills.

Knowledge: MS Office. Working knowledge of CA Workers Comp terminology is beneficial.

Requirements: College degree or at least years work experience as health and safety professional; college degree
preferred. Travel to restaurants.

General Duties and Responsibilities:


Responsible for investigation of Guest incidents executing claims handling practices by meeting department standards
& procedures (24 hour contact with all guests and units; 48 hour contact with all witnesses; perforrm quality
investigations to ensure timely assessment of facts and liability obtaining photos, statements, medical authorizations,
records and expenses).

Ability to determine liability exposure and evaluate reserves based on damages claimed prior to negotiating claim for
settlement.

Ability to work with Guests, restaurants, landlords and vendors to ensure complete factual information is gathered.

Negotiate settlement with guest for an amicable resolution and execution of appropriate releases for both simple and
complex claims within settlement authority limits.

Utilize CEC Risk Management System to manage and maintain claim files. Requires the entering of notes and claim file
information. Must be able to manage claims in diary system and manage case backlog.

Process and distribute medical reimbursements. Must verify medical bills with provider to confirm reasonable and
customary charges using ICD-9 codes provided.

Participate in recognizing claim trends to assist in determining pre-loss mitigation activities. Trends observed should be
reported to General Liability Claims Manager to assist in implementing loss control measures.

Performs other duties and lends assistance to co-workers as directed by the immediate supervisor or Director, Risk
Management.
Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years General Liability claims handling experience. Must be extremely organized and able
to handle multiple projects at one time.

Knowledge of: Commercial General Liability Claims. All Lines Texas adjuster license required.

Other: Possess exceptional interpersonal, time-management and verbal and written communication skills. Must be
able to work well in team environment and meet deadlines.

General Duties and Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, the Risk Analyst III is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and planning strategies for
improving risk management, including suggesting behaviors and developing processes to optimize risk.
As a Risk Management team member a Risk Analyst will turn data into information and provide LII risk owners with
recommendations and tools to most efficiently address risk. The Risk Analyst will analyze claims data, identify trends and
develop and track insurance program processes including: insurance policy analysis, insurance carrier financial
benchmarking, renewal submission, risk retention assessments and insurance certificates. The Risk Analyst will prioritize
both pro-active and reactive risk reduction opportunities. They are challenged to improve the visibility of risk and influence
management behavior through performance metrics and benchmarking. They will build and maintain relationships with
internal customers and third party claims adjusters, insurers and brokers.
Qualifications:
This position requires a bachelor’s degree in risk management, finance, business or a related area or equivalent experience.
An advanced degree, CPCU, ARM, AIC or other insurance professional designations are a plus. The successful candidate
will have at least 5 years experience managing insurance, claims and vendors related to property, workers compensation,
directors and officers insurance and other lines of coverage.
The successful candidate must be an advocate of the Risk Management process. They must understand risk financing,
have strong data management and reporting capabilities (Proficiency in Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word and enterprise
data systems) and excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
